Located inside SeaTac. Had a meal here in Dec. 2019, the salmon and chips with a soda. The entree came with two large pieces of salmon, and they were cooked well. Found a little bone but that is to be expected, no big deal. The fish was really good. Fries were all right. The service was not great. There was a wait to be seated sign at the entrance, so I was waiting. A waitress mumbled something at me as she walked by and kept walking. Later, she walked by again, this time with attitude, telling me it was self-seating. I said ok and told her the sign was up, and she argued with me. After I sat myself, took 10 minutes to get a menu by a different waitress and another few to get the order taken by the waiter. A few tables came in after me, and their food arrived before my soda did. My drink was drained, and a 4 top was paying for their check before the waiter noticed me again and asked if I wanted a refill. I asked about my order, and he said it would be a few more minutes. First of all, it's an airport restaurant, you should know what you're getting into ahead of time. We stopped here on a recent business trip because it was close to our gate, it was extremely early in the morning and quite frankly there weren't a lot of options at that time of day. Finding a seat at the bar was quicker than waiting on a table, so we went that route. I chose to start off with some Fried Brussels Sprouts, because they are always a favorite of mine. If I see them on a menu, I'm probably gonna order them. I had planned on ordering the Bao Buns because they sounded amazing, but was informed they didn't have them any more. Then take them off your menu if they aren't an option, frustrating. I went with the Hoof and Snout burger as my main since Bao Buns weren't an option. The burger was okay, but my big complaint here was that the pork belly was cooked to a crisp. I get that it's playing the role of bacon, but it was so crispy that it just kind of ruined it. So, in a pinch I'd stop by again. But we're looking forward to the food court being finished so we have some other options at the airport next time. read more

There were no instructions and our server checked on us one time we asked him about a drink that wasn't on the online menu and he said that he would ask, he never did.
