I have only been here once for my girlfriend's car, but I was honestly very impressed. I had called…read moreJiffy Lube to ask about their wait times and the phone rang for 3-4 minutes with no answer. I decided to call Express and they answer before the phone could even ring a second time (granted it is the summer and their customers are more spread throughout the day). I immediately took her car in and they took the time to understand what I wanted and to explain everything so I knew what was going on. The oil change itself took roughly 20 minutes or so. They informed me of everything going on with the car in detail. Her transmission oil had not been changed and she was a few thousands miles past the due mileage for it, so the gentleman did urge us to get that done. It wasn't an attempt to up-sell as much as it was a genuine concern for the longevity of her car. I know this because things like the cabin filter needed to be changed, but he simply asked if we wanted to replace it now or wait. We said "not now"; he said "okay" and that was it. I will definitely be taking my cars here from now on.

This is the second time I've called and the guys have tried to up charge a oil change 89 dollars…read morewhen my ex would take my car it was 55 dollars women stand clear from these guys go to the chevron place on shields and chestnut they'll take care of you No sir i've done business with you myself and it seems that every time I go in I get up charged but when my ex would go, it would literally be $55 under $60 and I get what you're saying about the year make and model, depending on the car type of oil but not every car takes a full synthetic and I know my car is not a full synthetic to be paying 100 and something plus dollars maybe look a little more into your business and how your employees are promoting. I wouldn't sit here and lie and encourage people to go else were for no reason it happens when too many times you can clearly see in your reviews.

I used to really appreciate the Oil Changers on Clovis Ave, but my most recent visit has me…read morethinking that will be my last. The price seems to increase significantly upon each visit...been going here for several years consistently & it's gone from $80 to $130, for a basic 15 minute oil change. That's $520/hour. Most of your average customers don't make over $500/ hr, but you are charging these insane prices & have the nerve to ask us to tip you on top of that?? Here's a couple tips: You can pay your employees a proper wage at those rates & stop throwing the increase onto the customer! An oil change is a very basic thing that anyone who knows how to drive should be able to do on their own; the reason they don't is out of convenience, but when the convenience of your service no longer outweighs the cost, people will go back to doing it themselves! I was almost due for an oil change & my tire pressure was a bit low due to the cooler weather, so I decided to run through as my previous experiences have been quick & efficient. The guy (who I think was a manager) that has always been very helpful in the past did not seem to be there. All new unrecognizable crew. The first guy (James) who was trying to upsell me on a fuel injector cleaner for an additional $130, (my car is 3 yrs old & has 25K miles on it) said that other oil change companies like Valvoline (who I mentioned advertising better prices when I clocked the significant increase) would "put the filter back on so tight they'd crack it & "if your husband ever wanted to change the oil, he wouldn't be able to get it off". I told him, "I'd be under there before my husband would", he said "oh" & just walked away never to return. Then the guy replacing the oil (Cole) asked me if I wanted him to check my tire pressure or wash the windows (which are typically done without question upon each visit)...airing up the tires was actually what prompted my visit, so yes please! He didn't bother to show me my air filter or offer to replace it, but I could clearly see it had some leaves in it (which they usually blow out with the air hose) but he just put it back without showing it to me or blowing it out...why even bother removing it if you're not going to do anything with it? Felt like they were screwing with me a bit, as 3 cars were in & out of the bay next to me while we sat there waiting for 43 minutes (not including the wait time to get into the bay) for the same service that usually takes 15 (and obviously did for those next to us). Another guy came to collect my payment. He told me to chose a tip & sign his tablet before he even ran my card, as he held my card in his hand. I asked him why I was signing before my card was run, he said "That's just how it is here". Then he tried to tell me that my card declined. I looked at him & said "What"? He said "The card went through, your balance declined", I said "I don't think so!" The bank notification of the charge being processed was literally coming across my phone screen at that moment that he said it didn't go through. Pretty sure the look on my face told him that we were not going to play that game & he immediately gave a nervous laugh & said "I'm just kidding, I'm just kidding". I don't know what kind of game he was playing, if he was trying to get me to let him run my card again or what, but there's some shady business practices going on there & I don't think I'll be going back. Also, he didn't provide me with a receipt or any written record of services. Now I feel like I need to get under my car (which I don't have time for) to see if they even changed my filter...at this point I don't even trust that I got the service that I paid for! Also...my dash cam was recording the entire time.

I decided to go ahead with the replacement not just because of the convenience, but because they offered perks that Costco wouldn't, even though Costco's set would've cost about $150 less. I live in the Sunnyside area so the location is super convenient. Plus, I've had a free tire patch done here before and often stop by for air for my tires, so I figured, why not? They gave me a quote for a set of new tires and estimate of a wait time of 1 1/2 hours, which seemed pretty standard given the work needed and the number of cars they were servicing. I chose to hang out in the lobby, which was stocked with coffee, a popcorn machine, and a water dispenser. There were plenty of chairs and tables, and a TV for entertainment. The space was clean overall, though it was a bit too warm inside and I had to deal with a persistent fly and mosquito buzzing around my ear, which got pretty annoying. I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes because they had my phone number wrong, but I don't fault them for that. The service was average, nothing exceptional, it got the job done. Everything felt straightforward and I appreciated that. I'm happy with my new tires and how smooth the ride feels now. Would do business here again.

So we had to find a place for them to fix that and change the rear breaks. He made a couple of calls for estimates and we took the car to them. The job was done the same day. They put brand new brakes and rooter and replaced anything it needed to be replaced in order to have a complete guaranty on the job. Customer service was quick and very helpful. The value was good comparing with others they are almost the same. They did a great job.
