I found the Selma, CA, Valvoline Express Care online after my shop in a nearby town closed permanently. I considered even changing my own oil at home but decided to "google it" first. I went early on a Saturday morning at opening. I was pleased with the friendly and professional service by Jordan and Matt, along with how organized things seem to be operated. I called before arriving, was told they do oil changes for for mini coopers and was instantly stocked. Got there 15-20 min later, and was helped right away! I couldn't believe for the first time seeing my oil change done so fast! Will definitely come back! read more

I stopped getting my oil change and other car services done at Wal-Mart thanks to this place. Im always in and out alot quicker and cheaper than going to Walmart. Plus the staff is way friendlier too. I don't really like the drive thru car wash though. Nothing actually scrubs the car. Just sprays it. Was planning on driving to visalia to get my car oil changed... glad I didn't make the trip! I found TNT from a Google search and was pleasantly surprised! I called first to see what the wait time was and told 30 minutes. Showed up and waiting just a tad under 15 minutes for my car to get pulled in and under 30 minutes for the oil change! I had my oil changed at TNT Fast Lube on Oct 23, 2019. There was money I left in the center counsel of the vehicle (cash). Lesson learned on my part. After my oil change I was missing $60 (3 - $20's). They've done this before because they only took the smaller bills and the bills I had the most of. I confronted the manager about this and of course he denied taking the money. I reported this to the Selma Police Dept, but since there was no camera that showed it was taken, it was my word vs manager's word and of course they told the Police that there was no cameras. Don't leave anything valuable in your car if you take it here. It might be taken. I will never go here again and will let all my friends and family know what happened here. Al read more

I was visiting from out of town and needed an oil change. Tried WalMart but they were extremely backed up and I felt slightly overpriced. Doing a quick search, I found TNT and their prices were slightly lower, so I decided to take the chance with a local business. They had me in and out within about 20 minutes. I dealt with Mike and, although he seemed young, was very honest and accommodating! I would definitely recommend this place for oil changes (and fluid top off's). I needed oil change on my wife's car. As I'm new in town I did not know where to go. I called to a smog check place and asked if they will do it and they referred TNT. My visit here was short even though there were 3 cars on front of me I was out the door in about 20 minutes. Price is acceptable I do recommend this place to anyone that needs oil change or other small services. read more

Went here because all the reviews talked about their incredible customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't receive ANY customer service! There were 2 cars being worked on when I arrived and I was willing to wait my turn. Typically, when you arrive at an oil change facility, you are greeted quickly even when they are busy... because it's common courtesy to let your customers know that you acknowledge their presence, right? Well, not here! 3 different employees made eye contact with me and not 1 of them even waved at me. 1 walked right by my car (I had the window open) and he completely ignored me, got in his own car, and left. At this point, I had already waited 15 minutes so I just left. I have no problem waiting for service, but seriously, at least let me know that you see me waiting! read more

If there was a rate I would give 0 for TNT fast lube. Got my car new and took it in for a simple oil change. They were really fast so I was happy. And plus I only paid $40 so it was a really good price. As I was driving home right after, On the freeway, the metal sheet under my car came off and was scrapping the road making a loud noise. I couldn't drive further and had my uncle who's a mechanic help me. He had to take it off and told me to go back to TNT and tell them what happened. The male who changed my oil said my sheet only had 1 out of 5 bolts connecting it when I came in and failed to inform me before leaving. I had my car for over 4 months and didn't have a problem like this before. The manager told me that the owner was going to order new parts for the damages and repair it when they came in. I went once a week for 2 months asking if the parts were in and I got the same answer "they're still being shipped, they're coming from Japan." I finally got in contact with the owner after 2 months and he knew nothing about the "parts" being ordered. The manager gave me the run around for 2 months!!! The manager and employee who worked on my car both lied in front of me to their owner and said they knew nothing of the situation. And the owner failed to fix my vehicle for the damages. I am NEVER going back and would not recommend this place!!! Yes they are fast, but I would rather have someone take their time and put everything back on right then to have my car be messed up. I hope this helped for people considering this place. DONT!!! read more

Fast and efficient! They went above and beyond when I mentioned the right rear turn signal not working. Although they specialize in lube and oil services, they replaced my light! WOW! I am so impressed! I would definitely refer my family and friends to this super friendly and knowledgeable shop.
