They did a very bad job you don't come here. They did not fix my car right and when I take my car back Roberto (the owner) was very upset he agreed to take my car to repair it again, but he kept it for 4 weeks. The cae was not fix right for the second time and actually made more damaged to car. read more

I purchased a vehicle from a private party which had the transmission rebuilt at this location. The vehicle came with all the receipts and warranty paperwork for the repairs done to the truck. I brought the truck in after it started having transmission problems and they refused to warranty the repair, saying that the warranty was voided when the vehicle was transferred. I called the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and asked them. They told me that unless it states specifically in the warranty that it is void if transferred, which it does not, the warranty remains valid. I told the guy at The Transmission Clinic this, and he still refused to honor the warranty. He even went so far as to lie to me, saying that he called the BAR and they backed him up. He then called the "BAR" and handed me the phone. I was plainly obvious that he called a friend, trying to trick me into believing him. I called him out on it and gave him another chance telling him that I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the BAR if he does not warranty the repair. He still refused, so I filed the complaints. The BBB closed the complaint with a "no response" after trying to reach the business several times. The BAR got a hold of the business, looked over the paperwork, found my complaint to be valid and recommended the guy to perform the warranty work. He still refused, but then stated that he would do the work for free if I paid for the rebuild kit at $600. The most expensive transmission rebuild kit I found online for this vehicle was $350. This place is a shady shop, with backyard mechanics that do poor work and lie to your face. I strongly recommend never bringing your vehicle here for any kind of work. read more
