They even showed me what appeared to be photos of the damage. However it was fake pictures and not my vehicle. Concerned, I decided to get a second opinion. Another shop inspected the vehicle and confirmed that there was no rock damage to the condenser. Instead, it was a simple cord replacement. It's extremely upsetting to be lied to especially as an elderly customer. Avoid this place
