Although for me I never shop in expensive stores, I had Roxane the GOAT talk me through the process of the shoemaking and little anecdotes about the brand. Definitely would love to go back even if I ain't buying anything just to talk to Roxane! read more

UPDATE: Balenciaga in Valley Fair, Santa Clara, refused to accept my return (never worn, pristine condition). We flew to Los Angeles for the day to do some shopping. Brought in our return to the Balenciaga on Rodeo Drive. They inspected the item and processed the return without hesitation or issue. We ended up purchasing several additional items. I'm extremely pleased with the customer service from the Rodeo Drive location and can't wait for our next visit there. I will definitely NEVER go to the Valley Fair location again. read more

Very bad customer service. Negative star . No follow up or update info regarding purchase merchandise.had to cancelled/refund my transaction. Think thrice before going or buying into this store. read more

This absolutely one of the best high end stores I've visited in some time. The store was well stocked and laid out. Sophie who helped me was excellent as I checked one item and then settled on another. The purchase process was smooth and quick but highly professional. I will for sure visit again in the near future. One note , google maps had this location opening at 9am on the weekend I went , but was actually 11am. However , the perfect service made me all but forget I waited 30 min for store to open. Enjoy and give this location a try if this is your type of shopping read more

Walked into Balenciaga today looking to buy some socks. No hello, no smiles. Just employees that look like they don't want to help. Brian pulled up his phone to look at socks for me and I asked him just to bring out the 4 options that they had available. His response was "I'm not gonna do that". The service is absolutely terrible and the staff is an absolute joke. Negative stars need to be an option. read more

I wish I could give this store, mind you, not the brand which I love, the actual STORE which means the employees working here, some negative stars, you know like -1, -2, -3.. I have never come across such a sorry group of employees. Not a smile, not a hello, just scowls all around. The store manager has his own special style of ugly expressions that come with the most negative and rude behavior. Inspite of calling the store a day before and confirming a repair at their store at THAT location at Valley Fair, they flatly refused to do anything about it on the day, making me out to be someone making things up! Seriously? Honestly, with this valley full of people overflowing with money all around, do these people really think that such juvenile, rude and 'chip on the shoulder' behavior will win them any customers? PSA - Mr. Manager - YOU work here, and I (your customer) purchase things here so you can get your commission. Perhaps consider changing your attitude. Also, whoever hired this group, did a really shitty job. Except the sweet girl who managed a smile and offered water midst the rudeness, clearly she belongs in a more cheerful place and not midst wannabe Ye's. read more

I dont often shop for the finer things , but when I do, it's for my man. My recent experience was made exceptional thanks to Evander. He made the process seamless and enjoyable, providing honest feedback and a wealth of recommendations. His patience with my indecisiveness and deep knowledge of the products were invaluable. His keen sense of style greatly helped us narrow down our choices. I would definitely return based on this outstanding experience with him!! read more

Balenciaga - Shoe Stores Near Me - San Jose, California

This place has amazing service. I had Roxanne as my sales associate and she was amazing. 10/10 Service there by her and everyone else when I go. Thank You read more

Recognizing a good experience at this store a couple of months ago. When other store disappoints you, it makes you appreciate even more the good experience you had with this store. I was looking for a purple bag and been crushing on the Le Cagole line. Decided to check it out at the store and fell in love with it. The sales advisor, Brian, was very helpful and patient with me. He even offered to show me different colors and sizes available. I was not 100% ready to buy, but a good customer service filled the gap and made me seal the deal. I am happy with my purse and the buying experience that goes with it. Thank you! read more

I have always been a fan of Balenciaga, but I'm seriously questioning their quality now. My husband bought a pair of their Speed Sock sneakers, and after just over a year, the sole started coming off on one of them, and they began squeaking when he walked. It's pretty embarrassing. When he contacted their customer service, they simply directed him back to the store where he made the purchase. When he went to the store, the response was shocking. The store manager, Duy Tring, at the Valley Fair location in San Jose, California, basically told him that it's normal for the shoes to wear out if they're worn frequently and then subtly dismissed him without offering any real help. To make matters worse, another sales associate blatantly ignored him when he asked for further assistance and instead attended to a new customer who had just walked in. It was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue. Stay away from this store! read more

I'd give 0 stars if possible. The staff were very rude and borderline racist. Went in looking for a specific item that I saw in a different store (from a different state). There were at least 6 people on the floor and no other customers, and yet the staff ignored me for quite a long time (were all just on their phones) until I finally approached them myself and asked. One of them rolled his eyes and said "it must have been an outlet item" (insinuating I couldn't afford it?). When I told him where I saw it, he proceeded to dismiss my claim as if it wasn't valid. Upset at the service, I left the store and went to a different one. They helped me find it in a location in Texas and ordered it in for me. Avoid this store. The staff are useless. read more

So happy to finally have a Balenciaga in the greater Bay Area! This location has a good selection of options in a convenient location. The busy mall can make it hard to always arrive seamlessly, but when you're lucky you'll have the store all to yourself! Highly recommend Kellie K. for the best shopping experience! read more

im happy with my shades, but their return policy is interesting. Weird vibes from staff but I'd consider coming to buy a piece I enjoy. Clothes are overpriced, but I guess fast fashion. Interesting experience. I enjoyed my sales associate and his service. read more

Never buy Balenciaga Speed Trainers version 2 the rubber sole gets easily very frail. And spending $1000 plus for a shoe its not worth it for this brand. And it's not repairable. Better buy a better brand with a better quality! And to balenciaga... i love the esthetic of the shoes that you make. but make sure that you put a better quality of the master piece you're making... coz customers like me are whiling to buy. But now i experienced this i will never buy this shoes again. And to balenciaga associates thank you for your service. Just improve your communication and follow up with your clients thats what u're getting paid for. read more

She's awesome, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! I recommend going to her for what you need or want at this store! Im glad she was able to help me today :) thank you so much Ellen! Balenciaga - Size 5 true to size balenciaga speed trainers ! Very comfy ! - Shoe Stores Near Me - San Jose, California

I bought a bag here almost 2 months ago but it had a defect on it so I put in a service inquiry for an exchange. They said they would contact me when the request went through. After a month and a week I still had gotten no texts, emails, or phone call so I called the store. They told me that it was ready but kinda weird I had to call them on my own to find that out. They told me I could pick up right away so I went the next day. I get there and the employee there makes a call and tells me the bag isn't ready yet and I should come back at a later date. I told her that I had called the previous day and they had said it was ready. Only when her manager comes back did they say they made a mistake and it was actually ready, their mistake. I expected a bit more especially since they're supposed to be a higher end store. The employees are nice though, just a bit of miscommunication. read more

The worst customer service, I purchased a handbag and I went to store multiple times regarding a little spot was in my pink hand bag to just remove or fix it with lubricant or anything, but each time they took pictures and told me will back to me by email but no reply back from them, I called even customer service they said I should go to store Don't shop from that brand Nothing like luxury service read more

0 stars if if I could. I ordered a shoe that they didn't have and they ordered me 4 pairs and each one arrived damaged. One was unglued, the other was yellow the other has damaged fabric the other was a sample. For a designer brand that's pathetic. I also asked if I could return for a refund if they didn't arrived as wanted they said yes now that I want a refund they're saying they told me their policy which they never did and Duy was extremely rude. Telling me he trained he's employees to tell the policy when clearly they don't. Pathetic and shameful to sell a defective product and force me to keep buying from your brand by only giving credit this isn't Ross for gods sake. Worst "designer" store here. read more

The worst customer experience in Valley Fair. The manager and representatives are very short and rude with customers which is surprisingly distant from other luxury retailers. This location is also closes for random periods during normal mall business hours. Guess you'd rather lose customers to long lines at LV. Better off buying online or waiting in longer lines at Gucci and LV for their respectable customer service. read more

Customer service sucks ! Me and my boyfriend walked in the store and the sale associate was just on her phone and when I would asked her questions she would just give me attitude. BTW her name was (Roxanne). And then as soon as we purchased the slides all of a sudden she was so nice. read more

Amazing customer service here! Love the manager, Anna and the assistant manager, Ellen. I bought the last tote men's sale bag from Barneys and it was damaged. I didn't want to give it up and I didn't want to go through Barneys in house repair service. Anna said she will see and would give me a call back and she did the next day. Already impressed that she followed through on her word in calling me back--on what I am sure is a busy Saturday for them no less--she did not brush me off and said they can do it. When I came to drop it off Kellie and Ellen assisted me, and they were even expecting me! They knew my name already! I ended up purchasing a sale shirt and they made me feel like I was making a huge purchase. Spent some time with Ellen and she is a pure pleasure to talk to, she made me laugh and I almost wanted to stay and chat with her. A week later or so I had a follow up text from Kellie, and when I came in he remembered me! They did not charge me for the repair and I am more into Balenciaga for the people in this boutique, they changed my outlook of the brand in a very positive way! Will absolutely be going through them in the future, while shopping Kellie is very intuitive and takes note on my dislikes and likes "so what I am understanding is that you like color, and you are not scared of a little sparkle? is that correct?" So rare nowadays to get this type of elevated service to a customer who originally purchased elsewhere and only bought sale. read more

I needed something to wear for the weekend & got exactly that with great customer service as always.

So we wanted to go to balenciaga, and they guy with tatooted eyebrows by the door was on the phone and didn't give us any instructions if we have to wait or were to wait until I asked him . When we were in literally non of the sales associates greeted us or came when we needed help . The Asian sales association was only helping her customers race ! I took a picture of wallet so I can check the wallet I liked at home , the guy literally came was like no video . I was like I took picture not vedio he was like no I saw a vedio . I told him yes when u open the camera u need to click to it becomes a picture. Horrible place horrible customer service . I don't know why they see themselves when they work in luxury stores . Ur a sales associate not CEO!! Chill dude ! read more

The customer service at this store is ridiculous. Anytime you have any issues with a Belenciaga product, they do not attempt to help you even though you are well within warranty. Worst customer service experience. I had headphones with me because I dnt like to be bother shopping around in this kind of stores. I went in to purchase shoes and a bag but I as soon I walked in a young small Asian girl kept following me around like I was going to steal something. I walked around to show her with my body language that I felt uncomfortable, she kept following me around so I just left. I know they are trying to make their sales but misss!!you work in a high end "luxurious" brand store, some people don't feel right about being followed like they are thieves. Never coming back .!!! read more

Was super excited to see that a balenciaga had opened up in Valley Fair mall. Walked by and decided to go in for the first time with a good friend of mine. As we walked in we were nicely greeted by two Asian workers (one man and one woman). As we walked towards the men's shoes, my mom walked in and noticed that the man gave a gesture and mouthed something along the lines of "watch them" implying we were trying to steal or that we looked super sketchy. Not knowing that I came in wanting to purchase a pair of arenas, I walked out feeling very discriminated. I have shopped, worked, and associated with many high end fashion stores and boutiques and this was unfortunately my first negative experience. Just because I walked in with Vans, ripped jeans, and a burberry button up that wasn't obviously named, I would think I would get the same treatment as any other person that walked in the store. After the two associates noticed that I was also with my mom, I would have hoped they felt even just a little embarrassed for their snobby remarks. read more

Horrible customer service I've ever received in my life!!! I went to the boutique the other day to purchase a new hat because I wanted to see it in person rather then ordering it online. The sales associate who assisted me (Audrey) was completely rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude right away when I asked to see the hat I was interested in as if I was asking for to much. I simply asked to see a hat I wanted to purchase and she did not want to do her job. She went to the back to get the hat and put it in the shopping bag. I paid for my item and left the mall. When I got home and took the hat out of the dust bag, I noticed a red stain on the inside of the hat near the visor. I took it back to the store immediately and asked to exchange it out for another hat and she had a bigger attitude with me. She was to busy socializing with other employees which is why the satin on the hat was overlooked. A hat that cost over $400 should not have any marks or stains on it especially if it is brand new with the tags still attached. I work very hard for my money and would expect my purchases to be in good condition. I purchased a pair of socks when I went back to the store to do the exchange for a new hat because the new hat was cheaper by $59 and she couldn't put the money back into my card (apparently) and I didn't want a gift card so I put the $59 towards a pair of socks so it could be a wash. After exchanging the old hat for a new one and carefully inspecting it for any flaws, she chucked my items in the bag aggressively and did not remove the sensors. The alarm went off as I was about to leave and one of the staff who stood by the entrance checked to see what set the alarm off and she walked over laughing as if the situation was a joke instead of apologizing for her mistake. I was COMPLETELY shocked at the lack of professionalism! As if the situation was bad enough, i noticed the black tag on the inside of the socks fell off in the shopping bag. I worked all day that day and was way to tired to go back to the mall and deal with these horrible sales associates who clearly can't do their jobs right. This will probably be the last time I ever step foot in that specific boutique. I did not appreciate the service I received and the way I was treated by the the sales associate. She shouldn't even be employed by a company like Balenciaga or any luxury store with the lack of professionalism she showed. She should be embarrassed and ashamed of the behavior she displayed. From now on I will only be making purchases online or going to a different Balenciaga location. read more

First time in balenciaga and was so excited, as I walked in employees bearly wanted to greet me. When I asked to try a shoe, I felt as thoe I couldn't even try on the shoe in peace because the employee was there looking at me like I was going to run out with the shoe, also felt as though the employee was putting a lot of pressure for me to hurry up and buy the shoe. read more

i was in a wheelchair at the mall after having suffered a health event that required temporary wheelchair usage. my boyfriend and i wanted to go into balenciaga to look at a bag i had been wanting. the staff immediately made negative comments about me being in a wheelchair. just because i "look fine" doesn't mean i wasn't struggling health-wise. they refused to help me and loudly trash talked me from the register area. when i asked to see a bag, they literally told me no. mind you, i was carrying a nice bag as it was, was dressed well, and was polite and friendly to them. there was no reason they should have been suspect of giving me good customer service, especially because i was ready to give them a sale. eventually, i left in tears. there were four people on the floor, and nobody else shopping in the store -- just me. it was a horrible experience and i will not be shopping there in the future. read more
