I went to BALANI for my wedding suit. It was absolutely perfect. Kayla was my personal stylist and was great throughout the whole process. I got a lighter suit and I knew my first choice of liner might have been an issue and it was. Kayla helped me pick out one that still matches my personality and compliment the suit as well. She kept me informed the whole time and when my suit arrived there was only one minor teak to the arm length but everything else was perfect. This suit was not cheap by any means so be prepared to spend 2-3k minimum. However, the price is worth it. The quality and fit was top notch and I received many compliments. I came in needing a new suit for an interview and ended up getting two, plus a few custom dress shirts, which I highly recommend as the cuff will show perfectly under the jacket sleeves. Kamryn at the Denver location is an absolute artist. She recommended a tasteful combination of fabrics for the suits and shirts, took measurements, and everything came out just right the first time. Balani was the epitome of a 5 star experience in both product and service. Kayla was my designer and her knowledge and guidance through the whole process was almost as stellar as her taste in suits. I have a couple important events coming up that i wanted new suits for. I was referred to a competitor and after reading the reviews, i decided to search for my own. I came across BALANI! I read others reviews and searched around the internet to get a feel. All positive so far. So I decided to try them out with my 1st suit, figure if i like them, they will keep my business, and if not, at least it is only one suit. So i call to make an appointment and they were so accommodating. They got me in right away. This first suit was a challenge because i needed it in 4 weeks. I was looking for a custom suit maker in town, as I an extremely hard to fit. Being 6ft 8in and over 400 lbs, buying off the rack is next to impossible. My wife came upon BALANI Custom Clothier on a Google search, and I am so happy she did. I called Yaneev and set up an appointment for a few days later. During our meeting we discussed the styles that I liked, the suit making process, and reviewed fabrics and prices. I chose 2 suits, with 2 lapeled vests, and 3 shirts. Yaneev took over 30 measurements, and made suggestions on the designs to help slim me down a bit. We shook hands and then I waited with anticipation. I say wait, but it was not long at all. The suits came soner than I expected, and Yaneev called me for a final fitting appointment. When I saw the suits my mouth dropped, as they were beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. I purchased a navy Loro Piana suit for a wedding, and I could not be happier with how it came out. However, all of that is secondary to something even more important, which is the service. My fiance purchased a fully custom suit from here and, as a bride, they exceeded my expectations! Yaneev Benami took so much time going over every detail from the angle of the lapel to the hem of the pant leg. I learned so much more about suits than I probably needed to but that was the level of service they provided. When we went to pick up the suit we didn't see any flaws but Yaneev was not satisfied with how the jacket fit and took measurements to get it tailored. If you are getting custom clothing made at Balani in Denver, lower your expectations now!!! If you have ever gotten custom tailored clothing at a high end custom tailored business, don't expect the same from this store in Denver. Lots of smiles and welcome by Kayla when you first walk in, but just wait and watch outcome. When you pick up your items, the gourmets are not pressed/steamed/ironed). Both suits and all 3 shirts were wrinkled and terribly presented. The suits' fabrics had visible needle holes where they were let out, the buttons look like they get them at Walmart. They are definitely not high end custom and didn't match the suits' fabric. One of the pants had a shorter length leg (which they fixed). The other pants' fabric had an oil stain and Kayla said their cleaners would take two weeks to clean this, really Kayla?!?!? Two weeks? Avoid Balani Denver and safe yourself from a miserable experience. read more
