Here to add yet another five star review! I can't express enough gratitude for the incredible work Anne did to ensure my dress was perfect. After a significant weight loss, I was fully expecting to walk into my first appointment hearing that my dress was beyond alterations. However, from our first consultation, she put all my worries to rest with her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. On the day of the wedding, I truly felt like the best version of myself thanks to her hard work and dedication. Whether Anne is the first stop along your search for a seamstress or your tenth, look no further, she is the one! read more

Anne helped me when I was in an AWFUL situation, 3 weeks out from my wedding with a dress that did NOT fit at all and horror situation from that. She helped me via email find a new (used) dress on Poshmark and confirmed she could make it fit me in less than 3 weeks (!!) mind you, the entire time just being the loveliest, kindest human to work with. You all this DRESS... several people at my wedding told me it was "made for me" and kept asking if this was truly the dress that fit me like a potato sack less than 3 weeks prior. She turned the most stressful situation into the best possibly outcome and I'm honestly disappointed I can't work with her anymore now that our wedding is done. She is just the best in every way. read more

If the copious amount of other 5 star reviews isn't enough, I'll add one more. The level of expertise, skill and care Anne offers is unmatched. I had quite the emotional wedding dress experience and was convinced I would never like what I had chosen, but Anne worked her magic to the point where I couldn't imagine myself wearing anything else. No request was too big, no after-hours panic texts were too long, and no amount of appointments were too many for her--Anne was making tweaks up until the literal week before my wedding to ensure it was absolutely perfect, and it was. She even went so far as to personally take my dress to her trusted dry cleaner to be pressed when it was being finicky. Her calm, incredibly kind demeanor and can-do attitude was such a relief and so appreciated during one of the most stressful times of my life. She's worth her weight in gold and her pricing is very fair. read more

A true and genuine miracle worker. My wedding dress was transformed from a potato sack with jewels to a work of art. I loved the dress when I tried it on on at Kleinfelds, but I adored it after Anne was done with it. I am 5'1" and lost about 20 pounds over the course of my fittings, so I know it was a lot of work for her, but she was never anything but gracious kind and helpful. I cannot recommend Anne enough, she is an artist, and it will show in every aspect of your finished product!! read more

Anne did an AMAZING job with a dress I started out kind of hating. My dress (and I) looked fantastic on my wedding day, as did my mom's mother of the bride dress. Anne was warm and kind and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. Instead of the colorful dress I wanted, I'd been pressured into a more traditional white wedding dress and just felt like it wasn't very 'me.' I'm not knocking white wedding dresses, it just wasn't what I wanted for me. Anyway, enter Anne: not only did she alter my hated dress into something I loved, but she was patient and kind with both me and my mother. She took the time to find colorful alternatives for me: even dyed the fabric of my dress to figure out what it might look like dip-dyed. I had called all of the fabric stores in Denver and at least ten alterations places to try to accomplish this, and was told it was impossible. She found images of embellished veils that ultimately inspired my own, and when my mom decided she had to make my veil spent time teaching my mother how to best do that. I couldn't find shapewear or a bra that went well with my dress, so Anne sewed in cups and I never once worried about how they looked or staying put together. I spent hours on the dance floor jumping around and could breathe and move and not pop out all due to Anne. She also altered my mom's dress and she looked lovely and it like "an old lady," which was something she was afraid of. I would recommend Anne for any alterations needs, big or small! read more

I could not have asked for a better person to alter my Katie May dress. I took the first suggestion from my bridal shop's list of alterations businesses and it led me to Anne. Although I wasn't a bridezilla or stressed out at all, Anne has the perfect personality to be in the bridal business. She is extremely calm, cool and collected and makes the process so simple and drama-free. She had great ideas on how to make my dress more structured for dancing and also was able to work on my mom's veil to fit my needs for the wedding. The price is higher than i expected but it was so worth the investment. Her shop is in the second story of a cute little house in a great area near downtown Denver. So don't be alarmed because there are no signs. :) If you need anyhting altered -- go here, sit back, relax and let Anne work her magic! read more

First time ever writing a review on yelp and I cannot say enough positive things! I cannot say enough nice things about Anne and the work she did to make my wedding dress perfect! She went above and beyond to address all of my concerns, to ensure my dress fit perfectly, and to make me feel reassured and comfortable throughout the entire process. Given the amount of time, energy, and attention to detail she put into my dress, I was stunned by the great value and pricing when all was said and done. I wore the Forsythia gown by Alexandra Grecco, purchased at Anna Be, and Anne was so knowledgeable about the designer, material, and fit - I cannot imagine having trusted anyone else with my alterations. read more

I unfortunately cannot post Any photos of my dress yet because I had to delay my wedding, but let me tell you Anne has been absolutely amazing to work with. I bought a couture dress off the rack that required extensive alterations (taken in a lot, boning adjustments, and a very intricate hem). I loved my dress from the start but now that Anne has done her magic I honestly wish I could wear it all the time. It fits so perfectly and makes me feel like a beautiful bride. She has also been so supportive and flexible throughout Covid. I know that she will give me her honest opinions and she really prides herself on her work so you know she cares that you feel amazing on your wedding day. Can not recommend her enough! read more

You can tell Anne takes pride in her craft, and she should because she is extremely talented!! I bought a dress I didn't really like with a vision of how it could be transformed. That vision involved some high-risk cuts, but Anne brought it to life! Not only did she execute flawlessly, but she tailored the dress to my body with perfection! Thank you, Anne, for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day!! read more

Anne is the best!! She tailored my wedding dress so perfectly! I decided to use her services because of her 5 star rating. All those ratings were right! If I could give 10 stars I would! Anne was very pleasant to work with - very personable and kind. She made sure the dress was comfortable. She even made sure my undergarments worked well with my dress by recommending different types of corsets. She also prepped my dress for bustling so it was easy. When my matron of honor and wedding planner were bustling my dress, they said it was the easiest bustle and they appreciated that! Her shop is very cute and clean. She was always on time with all the fittings and very responsive to making appts. Very reliable! I would recommend Anne to anyone wanting their wedding dress altered. read more

Anne was amazing! I was lucky to have randomly found Anne on Yelp. I reached out to her about my situation (my dress was coming in the month of my wedding and to squeeze me in to get it altered). She was willing to work around my schedule and get it done in the very short timeline I gave her. She is also very sweet, and a great person to work with. Yesterday was my final fitting, and everything came out perfect! The dress fits perfect, the bustle was perfect, and the length was perfect!! I highly recommend her to any bride for alterations! First off I never write yelp reviews but I was BLOWN away by how amazing Anne is! She is the sweetest women and can do magic with wedding dresses! She is also very reasonable/affordable! Setting up appointments with her is very easy she is super flexible. I brought her a hot mess dress that wasn't anything like I wanted a month before the wedding date and she turned it into my DREAM gown. I bought a sample size top that was at least 5 sizes to big and a bodysuit. I wanted a corset like top with dainty straps. She said no problem and completely transformed my top to be BETTER than anything I could have ever have imagined. She put binding throughout the top and made me feel so secure and pretty. I felt so comfortable in my dress it fit perfect and it looked beautiful on my wedding day! I highly highly recommend you use Anne for any of your wedding alterations! She is THE BEST! Could not have been happier with her work! THANK YOU ANNE! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Anne. For some reason, the designer sent my dress in the completely wrong size, and the boutique recommended Anne and said that she would be able to save it. Anne basically had to rebuild my dress for me, and she did an AMAZING job - it looks even better than I imagined it would! She was efficient, easy to work with, and still charged me very reasonably despite all the work she had to do on my dress. If you can book her for your wedding dress, absolutely do it! read more

I knew going into my bridal alterations there would be a lot of work. When I purchased the dress it was too big on the top, doesn't help I'm petite and the waistline was too low. I also lost 20 lbs before the wedding. Anne was phenomenal. The work she did blew my mind. It was better than I could have even imagined. The material of the dress also made things challenging but she was able to pull off the work beautifully. Everyone at the wedding raved about how well the dress fit me and all I could do was rave about the work Anne did!! read more

All I can say is WOW. After gathering quite a few quotes over the phone from other bridal alteration shops (if they would even give me one) Anne's was by far the most reasonable. I really didn't need a whole lot of work done, and she understood that and never tried to up-sell me. She is so sweet, patient and professional, not to mention easy to work with and flexible with scheduling. Anne really takes the time to make your dress absolutely perfect for YOU. Anne is fantastic! She custom-made a wedding gown for me, which was a replica of my mom's wedding dress from 1963 (which was destroyed in a flood), made with material from my best friend's wedding gown (who passed away). So obviously, this is a very special dress. Anne exceeded our expectations. Not only was the dress an exact replica, and just as gorgeous as the original, it fit perfectly and looked flawless. Anne is extremely down-to-earth, but yet very confident in her own abilities. I highly recommend her! read more

DO NOT HESITATE, GO TO HER! Not only is she an amazing person, she is a phenomenal seamstress. Anne was so lovely, kind, and warm, on top of being amazing at what she does - it felt like I was visiting a friend when I went for fittings. Anne did such a good job altering my bridesmaid's dress for an upcoming wedding. I found her here on Yelp and requested a quote, and she responded in less than 2 hours. Our first initial meeting was on Memorial Day because I was in a time crunch, and while she wasn't planning to have operating hours that day, she went out of her way to accommodate me. My dress was ready in just shy of two weeks -- she even offered to meeting me so I could pick it up over the weekend because she is THAT kind, but this time I tried to work with her schedule. :) It fits like a glove!
