I came into Season Tailors & Alterations about two years ago when I got a new job that required me to dress nicely, to which I knew nothing about. My clothes only moderately fit me well. I came in on a whim, and was immediately treated with the upmost respect. I was fitted, the alterations were made in a very reasonable amount of time, and when I tried everything on, it fit wonderfully. The price was incredibly reasonable as well. I have no idea what tailors usually charge admittedly, but I was very pleased my wallet was well intact after it was all said and done. What really impressed me about Season Tailors is their service to the customer. Not knowing much about fine dressing, I buy what I think fits me and looks good. When I took in some baggy clothes, I admitted this unsavory fact, and the owner told me exactly what I should do in looking for and buying suits, shirts, and the like. No shop owner needs to do this, and I was blown away by how much she cares, in addition to quality of the work they do. I've taken nearly everything I need altered or repairs into them (which has been a fair amount). This place is a true diamond in the rough. I can't say enough good things about them. read more

I am a long standing customer with this business and I have recently been surprised at this owners actions. I have questioned my loyalty to this business as I wanted to give this small business every chance to perform. Recently I was shocked at the pricing. This tailor practicing of failing to post pricing is wrong, especially when she gives the impression that she will be reasonably, only to present no explanation for her pricing. No receipts or detail accountability exist and regardless of her sweet personality, the post here saying she is less than Base/Exchange by other review is simply wrong. As a military man, I can attest to you, that Tulah pricing is definitely more than BX pricing. Tulah commitment to satisfying customer is absent and while she is within her right to charge what she wants, a good business person, should allow for the customer to know the pricing ahead of time. In my opinion and experience with this tailors she has no business ethics. If she thinks you can pay more, she will charge you more, she gives no notice as to her pricing and she routinely overcharges. This is only part of the problem, her craftsmanship is horrible, especially if you are paying premium price you expect the best service. Her customer service skills are nonexistent and she is untimely in her completion of projects, only to surprised by her demand for cash payments, and not advance notice of entire costs. This tailor will not do anything to resolve a dispute, it is clear she has no business, being in business and furthermore she has no idea how to effectively deal with customers. If you decide to use this tailor beware of ambush pricing and substandard work, if you know how to sew yourself, you just might be more qualified than this owner. Stay away. read more

Wow, I can't believe what reviews this tailor has been getting, clearly these customers had a different tailor recently. Tulay is an absent minded, tailor who doesn't give pricing, or prepare garments professionally. Customer service is non-existent and when question on the quality of work, she get's offended, and argues that she is perfect. I only wish her work was as perfect as her defense of incompetent service. Untimely, unprofessional, incompetent and overpricing is what you gonna get. Beware of this thief, she is a wolf in sheep's clothing, your truly will pay a King's ransom for retrieval of your items. As a bodybuilder and strength athlete, it is very challenging for me to find clothes that fit correctly as my shoulders are 20" wider than my waist, making finding dress shirts impossible. After I read some reviews of Season Tailors and Alterations online, I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised! The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met, and has the sewing and alteration skills to match. I have had 10 dress shirts fitted and altered, along with 2 pairs of slacks and a sport coat that I am bringing her in a few days. Each garment fits absolutely perfect and I will never go to another tailor again! Her prices are the best that I have found and she treats her customers like family; she is awesome! A flight attendant and a military man had wonderful experiences. Presumably the received great customer service, reasonable pricing, sweet experience from professional owner. I only wish this experience was consistent and regular, but sadly these review are inaccurate, this tailor must have bi-polar business operation. She provides no receipts. I am shocked this incompetent arrogant owner still has a shop to conduct her business. Her service was poor and way below any professional standards. Do not do business with this person, stay away, she is terrible . . . any review written in support are questionable. They are truly amazing at what they do--every single detail is handled with so much care and precision. I started bringing my shirts and suits to Season Tailor and Alterations over 15 years ago. Tulay, the owner, is a warm and wonderful person whose work is absolutely superb. She recently altered two formal gowns for my wife, and we have never had to ask her to re-do anything. Her work fits like a glove the first time. She also does reasonable dry cleaning and laundry. Whenever I purchase a new suit from a retail store I always refuse their free alterations in favor of bringing it to Tulay, where I know it will be perfect. Outrageous, ridiculous, awful, atrocious, this are the only appropriate words to describe Tulah service to customers. I don't get it, this woman appears pleasant, until you get the bill. She is committing a crime, her business, literally steals from the customer because the customer has no idea what's coming. Bad service not done correctly and no sense of pleasing customer. I was visiting Denver from out of state, and was in need to fix my dress for an event i needed to attend, i really didn't have a lot of time so i serched for the closest tailor shop next to the location i was staying and Season Tailors was the one. When i came there, i explained the situation and the business owner was very nice and understanding, she agreed to do a prompt alteration to my dress since i needed it the same night. They did an amazing job, the service was great and all that for a very reasonable cost. I would definatley come back to this place next time i will be in Denver. read more

Season taylor, this taylor she is so awesome, I have been coming to this taylor ever since 1998 and I come pretty much once a month sometimes more than that a month and this means a lot. she does tremendous job and she is so unbelievable. she never and never mess up any of my clothes, but I'm telling you, she is a great taylor and believe me. We recently bought a wedding gown and brides maid gown at Bridal Collection.. The alterations they recommended was here. I was a little concerned because it was a cleaners also, didn't know how they would do.. To my surprise they were awesome. They made my mothers dress fit perfectly with great tips. With mine she really did the best of the best. It was great how it was, but with some cloths off in some parts made look beautiful. I ordered a bridesmaid dress online and when it came it was no where close to fitting me (which was to be expected). So I took it to the tailor closest to me which was here at Seasons Tailor. Let me start by saying the customer service was perfection. And most importantly they made the dress fit like a glove made just for me. They had it done with time to spare. I am a flight attendant for United Airlines. Season Tailors accepts Cintas voucher for alterations. If you need to shorted your work pants from Cintas the voucher has a $ 12.00 value on it (as of 2014) your out of pocket amount is $2.00 as they charge $14.00, which is a steal. They do a wonderful job. You can usually get your pants back in about one week and if you need them sooner the seamstress is very accommodating. read more

Not too sure why the other ratings are so low, but this was probably the best dry cleaning and alteration experience i have had! I trusted the store owner with my Tux for prom and when I got it back it was in excellent condition. it was like the tux weas made t fit just me. the sweet old lady who runs the shop is a doll, she makes sure that you are happy with her final product. read more

This tailor is horrible, she does not post or list pricing, and customer is ambushed with overcharges. The workmanship is mediocre at best and customer service is non-existence.
