Took 9 pairs of pants in for alterations to the hem line. All 9 pairs were uneven with 18 different leg lengths. I went off the reviews and thought this place was top notch. I could have done a better job myself and saved over a hundred dollars. Terrible terrible workmanship. I would avoid this place if you expect your tailoring to be done right the first time. read more

This review is for work I had done about a year ago: This is one of the authorized tailors we are supposed to use for our work uniforms. They do pretty good work as far as fitting but are very pricy compared to other places that I've had the same work done at. The low stars are because one of my pants hems came out a week later. When I brought it back to have it fixed she told me that her work was dry clean only and that if it came out again I'd have to pay for it to be redone. Our uniforms were specifically designed to be machine washable and I do it on delicate. Well within a month, two other pants leg hems came out and the seat of one pair of pants. I took those to my local cleaners to have repaired and all the work has stayed intact since. We're talking a year of machine washing by now. read more

It's difficult for me to fit into most clothing, as my petite frame doesn't generally follow the average sizes you would find at clothing stores, although I don't often have my clothing altered for fear of high prices or bad workmanship. However, I needed a long formal dress hemmed for an upcoming event and having worn it a few times before, I didn't want to end up tripping over my dress again. Since Season Tailors and Alterations is local, I thought it would be the perfect place for me to bring in my dress. The pricing ended up being very reasonable and I was delighted that the length hit the floor perfectly after the alteration. The business owner is exceptionally friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her before I left. I no longer have to worry about damaged garments if I need an alteration! I am now picking out some other clothes to take back there and would absolutely recommend the great service. read more

I brought a dress in because the stitching on the hem started unraveling. I planned to wear it to an event tomorrow night, so I was really nervous about getting it repaired on time! When I dropped it off around 11:00 this morning, I was told I could pick it up after 2:00 THE SAME DAY! When I picked up the dress, it was in excellent repair, and it was so affordable. Thank you! read more

I took a bridesmaid dress in to be shortened. It was a bit expensive ($20 more than david's bridal) but I was already there and it is close to my house so I just did it. The dress was cut correctly and I quickly tried it on in their dressing room, put the dress back in the plastic wrap and planned to quickly steam out any wrinkles the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding I take it out of the plastic in the light and to my horror see water marks covering the entire bottom half of the dress and a huge black stain down the front (this was a brand new dress and never left the plastic except at the tailors). I called to see if they had any idea how it happened or what I could do six hours before the wedding. She was apologetic but did not offer to refund the money for the tailoring (this was a $200 dress plus $70 for tailoring) or offer any real solutions. I found a same day dry cleaner who said they had never seen anything like this and that the stain was likely grease from the tailoring equipment. read more

This place was not what I had expected from the other reviews. Prices were extremely high. I wish I would have went elsewhere but I was in a time crunch. Be sure to ask for prices before you proceed with the work here. read more

I stopped in to have some quick fixes done to a formal gown. After trying on the dress and having a brief conversation with the tailor (who was extremely nice and pleasant), she instructed me to change up my undergarment and the problem would be solved. Wow. I was impressed: an ethical business owner who won't do anything just to make a dollar. I will definitely come back to Season for my alterations. read more

I am a flight attendant and my uniform was very oddly fitted to my body, even after several alterations by a different tailor. I decided to give it another shot and try to get it fitted properly. I came across Season and had the best experience. Tulay is incredibly sweet and helpful and she altered 3 of my uniforms to fit me perfectly!! Now I feel confident walking through the terminal in my beautifully fitted uniform. She made sure my uniforms were ready to be picked up in a very timely manner. She also cleaned a silk top for me and got all the stains out! I was referred to her by a friend and we referred another friend and I will continue to refer this shop and Tulay. Great experience! Highly recommended! read more

Best place to get anything tailored, altered or cleaned in the area! Very reasonable prices and everyone that works there is super friendly!

The owner is super nice and sweet! I absolutely love the energy when I come here. She has tailored my Chiffon Brides Maid dress, my jeans and my suit pants! Even if I buy petite, it's still 2 inches longer than I want them to be. The service is wonderful and the turn around time is great! They also do steam and dry cleaning! All in one place. Reasonable price as well! Can't go wrong. :) read more

I took my work cloths in and wow an amazing job so clean!!! The service was perfect very nice employees and great prices. Thank you,

I'm a flight attendant, and during my flight an emergency situation arose and my dress got ripped in the process. I was absolutely panicked because it was only the first day of 3 days of my trip and I definitely couldn't wear a dress ripped up my butt. I called this place and told them my issue and that I needed the dress by that night. Literally giving them one hour to get the work done. They were as sweet as can be! They got it finished in 40 minutes and were so reasonable on the price! I would have paid double for making someone fix it that quick! I have nothing but gratitude for these women! read more

I would love to be able to review the actual work that she did, but I can't because she was so outrageously priced that I had to go elsewhere. I took her two shirts and two zippers and asked her to put the zippers in the shirts. She said she does that all the time and said she charges $45 each to do this. I decided that was way too much and went across the street to another tailor, Who I will also review, and she charged me eight dollars each. And did a fabulous job and only three days. read more

Hi, I dropped a few things of last week Friday. I was told that I would receive a phone call either on Friday or before that date, and I never received a phone call. I tried to pick everything up on Saturday but the store was closed by the time I got there at 2:30. I'm leaving the state at 5AM on Monday morning and need my items before that date. Please check your email/facebook messages/voicemail for my phone number so we can arrange a pick up time before Monday morning. Everything has been prepaid so its just picking up. I am absolutely wonderfully satisfied with Tulay and the services provided here!!!! Tulay was able to, not only tailor my airline uniforms, but she was able to create a look unique to me without compromising our uniform standards. Dropped of items for alteration. When I picked them up the cost was considerably more. I subsequently emailed merchant who responded back in a very condesending tone that I should listen more closely and pay attention and was informed what the price would be. Amazing work..I went in last minute to have some stripes sewn on my Air Force uniform and was greeted very kindly by the owner. She assured me she it would be done the next mroning and to my surprise it was. Very professionaly done and less than what they are charging at the BX for alterations. I highly recommend this place. read more

Easy to work with - great advice regarding suit fit. Timely & professional. Tulay works with you to make sure you get what you need.

Amazing work! Great customer service. Highly recommend this place. Store is very well kept up. No complaints. I will return for sure!!

BEWARE!!!! This tailor business practice is in my opinion unethical and customer service skills are absent. In my experience, this tailor does not post prices, no estimates given, except to simply in passing that she will call in give you price, and date of possible completion. Her untimely completion of tailoring is only compounded by her ambush overcharging and holding garments hostage. This tailor business practice is simply awful she provides no documentation for her work or support for her charges and is unreasonable when confronted. This tailor/business owner's crude and rude behavior combined with her untimely notice and confiscatory billing provides an abundance of reasons why no conscientious consumer she ever patronage her establishment. I normal support small business, boutique operations, but my experience with this owner has been a true regrettable disappointment. read more

I have been using Season Tailors for over five years and they have won my loyalty. I have them shorten the sleeves of my husbands dress shirts when the elbows wear out, saving him from going to the store for summer shirts. They replace missing buttons and zippers. I have a hard time finding blue jeans that fit, but I take them into Season Tailors to get shortened. The service is excellent, friendly, and well worth it! read more
