The man that did my pedicure did a horrible job filing my toe that made It look slanted and I told him to fix It and It was still crooked. Also the design he did was so low effort (supposed to be simple flower) but all he did was 6 dots on my toe and called It a day. If I wasn't in the service industry I wouldn't have tipped him so he was lucky I was generous.

I randomly was at Publix & saw this place.. I was surprised the sign said open .. I googled it real quick to see the reviews, they seemed 50/50 and some said black woman were sometimes overlooked. Well totally not my experience. I was greeted IMMEDIATELY & directed to sign in on the kiosk and pick my color .Then I was to go sit..a very professional woman did my nails , exactly as I requested. She even suggested a different color then i originally wanted & it looked great.. the lady who took my payment was super friendly & welcomed me to come back . the place is HUGE,clean & had many staff available to service u..I had zero issues . The price seemed pretty much the same as other places .I do lik my nails pretty basic but my nails look GOOD .

I came in for a simple nail repair…read more When I walked in, the receptionist was on the phone, but I clearly stated that I needed a nail repair. Shortly after, a white woman and her daughter came in requesting a pedicure for the mother and acrylic tips for the daughter. They were immediately helped. When I asked why they were being taken before me, I was told that all of the technicians who do acrylic were with clients. However, while I was still waiting, another white woman and her daughter came in requesting a polish change and a fill-in -- and they were also taken before me. At that point, it became clear that I was being overlooked. I decided to leave. Only then did one of the technicians offer to fix my nail, and another receptionist apologized. The original receptionist who told me no one was available said nothing. There were Black women in the salon receiving services, so clearly money is accepted from everyone -- but my experience made me feel invisible and dismissed. Being passed over multiple times, while being told something that was clearly not true, felt discriminatory and disrespectful. No one should feel ignored or treated differently in a place where they are spending their money. I will not be returning.

Hasina was incredibly precise and quick with the application! It took around 2 hours and I adore how through she is, I know people tend to rush services to make time for more customer but this didn't feel rushed at all. I came in for dip powder nails and was happily surprised. This salon is in a strip mall and I had…read moreread some negative reviews and was weary on coming here. I had visited a nail salon in short pump that was extremely nice but also extremely expensive. So I was looking for somewhere else a little closer when my nails needed a refresh. They were busy when I came in and asked if I was able to wait a bit. I think it took roughly 25 minutes before they got started. The lady that did my nails was nice but she also seemed in a rush. Which I get, they were busy and she was doing two things at once. But I felt like she was a little hurried when she was dipping my nails and I had a faint pink stain on my skin from the dip just sitting there. There is also a slight bump on one of the nails which looks like there may have been too much of the clear coat sitting there.They only accept cash tip too, which isnt the end of the world, just inconvenient when I'm never carrying cash on me. She did a good job shaping my nail and keeping everything even for the most part. They also have a large selection of dip powders to choose from, which was great. Overall I am happy with my nails for the price I paid and will be back again. I think if I would have made an appointment or not come in on a Saturday afternoon she would have taken a bit more time.

Nina's English comprehension is at the beginner level so I was not entertained with conversation and the TV volume was off (captions on), no music that I could hear. Quite a few "regulars" calling people by name for their appointments when they came in. I will try again when in the area. I do LOVE the dip color, they charge $40 for a dip manicure and I got a very brief hand massage, but she was good so I wanted MORE!
