I waited several minutes for someone named Deja to come on the line and asked her to tell me a more detailed description of the facials they offered so that I could choose one. She said they cleanse your face and put 2 masks so what specific question did I have. Ummm I just asked you the specific question! I then asked her again for a simple description of each facial, it's only 3! She said the vital c is for hydrating, the acne is for acne, and the anti aging is for old people with saggy skin. WOW. I just hung up and booked somewhere else. Hopefully this business uses this opportunity to update their website as well as educate their employees (especially the person answering the phone!) on the types of services they provide. Over the past 4 years I've been seeing her, my hair has grown longer and is much healthier than it was before. The stylist I had before her had been over-processing my hair causing much damage. Upon conclusion of the sound concert, she discussed and provided time forward sharing how we felt about the meditation. It was a safe space to share and to be able to better understand the journey that has been taken. I would love to experience this in person when I feel it is safe enough to do so.
