Egg & cheese
Kate B.

Authentic ingredients, friendly service, outdoor seating - what more could you want?! We tried a few pastries including the egg and cheese open face sandwich, berries n cream, cinnamon roll and pain au chocolate. Egg and cheese was a favorite! Went back for a chicken salad on croissant. The chicken salad itself was decent, croissant was amazing.

This bakery has many to offer. Bakeries goods has many type of bake goods to offer. The products include sandwiches and pastries. Coffee also offer in the store if you need one. We got several pastries and croissants. The pastries are crispy and delicious. Great for reheat. If you have it overnight. Price is the mid range.

Kouign Amann

Bought the crunchy Kouign Amann, Butter Croissant, and Baguette.food was expensive for the quality. Kouign Amann was crunchy. Service was average. Ambiance: you can sit outside and eat. Not a lot of space inside.

Pain Suisse and Madelines delicious
Thao N.

Located at Krate and the Grove plaza in Wesley Chapel. We came on a Friday night after 8pm and they had BOGO pastries. The Pain Suisse is divineeeee. If you like Pain Au Chocolat, which is the rectangle chocolate croissant, the pain Suisse is more fluffy and soft with more chocolate. The Madelines were buttery and moist too. I forgot to ask for the pastries to be heated and they didn't offer so that was a blip in the experience.

My new favorite menu item!

I love this spot! The croissants are amazing! I love the bacon egg and Gruyère cheese croissant. The service is friendly and helpful. The decor is quaint with many spots to sit inside and outside. They also have many other merchandise options. You must try them!

Every item was very tasteful. Definitely worth stopping by on a early morning or even late night coffee and pastry date

Chocolate Croissant (Pain au chocolat) - Quite tasty!

Nice little bakery at the Krate! Service was excellent... the person who waited on me, was friendly (although busy), asked me if I wanted my Chocolate Croissant heated, and did so. It was pretty good. I would stop here again if in the area!

Friday 9/13/2024 Came across this spot with the help of yelp searching and to add on to it my cousin loves & praises this spot so I had to see the hype for myself. I got an almond croissant $6 and a pain suisse $6.50. - The pain suisse was my favorite of the two. It was a warm & tasty type of croissant with an interior of chocolate chips. - The almond croissant was a flat out miss for me as I didn't like it all. It had a very hard texture at the top and the pastry itself wasn't anything special to me. All in all, the bakery is alright but my cousin definitely overrated this spot.

Pain au suisse was lacking tremendously, there's barely any vanilla cream inside. The croissant is pretty Good, very airy inside and good flavor. I'd rate higher but the pain au suisse could've been much better

Oh croissants with your layers of delightful buttery crunch and soft center- oh how I adore theee. Sometimes a croissant and a cafe con leche or cappuccino is all I need to make a wonderful start to the day Bakery X is a black and white bakery of sweet and savory delights, traditional prepared patisserie. Tucked away in the 'Krates' area of WC, makes it a bit less accessible daily to me, perhaps that's a good thing The savory emmenthaler (Sp?) and ham croissant was filling, I will enjoy the apple tart today!

The Peach pastry and berries danishes are so wonderful, light, flakey and flavorful! Will definitely be making this our baked goods and danish stop!

Located in the Krate. They have limited indoor seating and covered outdoor seating. When I read that this was a French bakery I had to try! Upon walking in, it's very cramped given it's a small crate container location. The parties sitting at the tables just stare at you when you walk in making the feeling uncomfortable. I wasn't greeted and actually stood at the register for a good amount of time before even being addressed. I was almost to the point of walking out. That's because the staff member was actually right in front of me and saw me walk in. She finally turned around and took my order. I ordered the chocolate croissant. She didn't ask if I wanted it warm. Just put it in the bag, rang me up and that's it. No thank you for your business, nothing. The gentleman the walked in as I was leaving was acknowledged. Hmmm The croissant I waited until I got home so that I could warm it. It was very soft and you could tell it was fresh baked. Limited amount of chocolate on the inside which was a disappointment. I've been to Paris and they fill that chocolate and Nutella to the brim of their pastries. Overall disappointing with the service more than the croissant.

It took me back to my childhood as my sister & I were at KRATE celebrating her birthday. My sis chose the chocolate mint parfait which she shared just one bite of with me. It was divine! Great mint flavor bursting through the creamy chocolate. I chose the Oatmeal Caramel Chocolate bar that is one of the BEST layered dessert bars I have ever encountered! Seriously, the caramel oozed onto the plate begging to be scooped up with my spoon. I asked Tracy for a bag to take the final 5 bites home (something to look forward to after my drive home to Tampa!). The shop is set up with such attention to detail in the chalkboard menu, Instagram worthy TREATS sign, display cases that invite you to buy some for now, some for later, & something for a friend who needs a little pick-me-up! As the owner working the bakery every day, Tracy has a lot to share and her passion for baking shines through. A little secret we found out from her is she ADORES cake pops and offers them only on the weekends. All baking is done on sight with no dividing wall between customers & Urban Sweets staff so you get hit with aromas that will transport you to your own childhood memory. Head to Wesley Chapel's KRATE today & tell Tracy Beth suggested you swing by for a few treats! Supporting local women-owned bakeries is now my favorite pastime!

Is it truly possible to fall in love at first sight (bite)? I'd say yes! I think I've found my new…read morefavorite find of the year and I'm eager to come back. Paris Baguette has EVERYTHING I love. Cake. Latte. Bread. Pastries. What more can a woman ask for???!!! I was already swooning over the photos and menu options seen on Yelp and Google, but TASTING is BELIEVING and now I'm so glad that I can say it's everything I hoped it would be. It's like a little piece of Paris right here in Tampa! (I've been). So I've come for cake, stayed for latte and quiche, and because why not, threw in the salad so that lunch and dinner is taken care of, too! Okay, first off...what I got. The quiche is light and airy, and is basically a croissant with quiche filling instead of a quiche slice. I love croissants, so this was a nice treat for me that I could hold in my hand. The Salted Caramel Latte I thought was pretty unique, because yes, there's a PRETZEL on top of it (which I plucked off and ate the first thing when I got it. Tasted rich and delicious, and was a great companion for my food. Now, usually I don't bat so much as an eye for a salad, but that Korean beef salad looked fresh and yummy, and it would definitely take care of dinner for the day because, why not, while I'm out? It was a decent size too, not too filling, with a good variety of veggies such as cukes, carrots, tomatoes, on top of mixed greens with Korean beef, which was the only heavy thing on the salad so you don't feel weighed down. It's great to know if you're watching your waist line or caloric intake, Paris Baguette has you covered with no problem as the nutrition facts are listed on the menu so you can make an informed choice. Of course, their cakes are so good, you wouldn't help but want to indulge. Which brings me to my final point. When I saw MOCHA CAKE on the menu, I thought, OMG I have to have it!!! It's EVERYTHING I could want and more and I must ask WHY ISN'T MOCHA CAKE MORE OF A THING NOW???? The sponge cake was light and airy like a coffee cloud as was the buttercream, not too sweet, rounding out my whole meal in nice elegant, finish. The shop itself is cute, but Muffin and I ate outside since the outside area is dog friendly. It reminds me of those open-air cafes in Europe, especially in Paris, elevating my lunch experience with my dog. The staff is super nice and welcoming on approach, too. It's a bit of a drive for me, but it's really not THAT bad depending on when I go and the business hours help, too. I can't wait to go back and make this a regular spot whether I just want a tasty healthy lunch, or I seek to indulge!

After letting them know, he continued to prioritize other orders ahead of my remake. The pastry selection was large. Some incredible looking croissants, with many flavors. I held together my self control and didn't try one this time. They have many cakes also, beautiful, but at a hefty price. The bathrooms were very clean but were out of toilet paper and when mentioned to the staff, they said someone else would take care of it and blew it off. Meanwhile people were using paper towels and disposing of waste in the trash cans... gross to look at, as the trash was overflowing..and smelly They have a larger parking lot in the plaza and many outdoor tables with umbrellas, as well as indoor. The atmosphere and clientele may feel very different from what some longtime Floridians expect. What stood out to me most was seeing so many women in hijabs, large family groups, and women sitting side by side deeply engaged in their conversations over coffee and desserts. As someone who has never visited a Muslim country, it was honestly a real culture shock for me. That said, the atmosphere felt warm, polished, social, and community-driven. People were relaxed, focused on their conversations, and genuinely present with one another instead of constantly looking around the room. It felt less like a quick coffee stop and more like a modern international gathering space. Florida keeps surprising me... and Sorbo gave me a glimpse into a side of modern American culture I simply haven't experienced before.
