My friend is a dessert fiend so I've tried a few different cake slices here on different occasions:…read morered velvet, blueberry chiffon, blueberry yogurt. Cakes are pretty solid, though expensive, but its a good cafe for casually meeting friends without having to go to a full restaurant. I don't think I'd buy a full cake here, because the cakes aren't bakery/patisserie level good, but a slice here and there is ok. Their app is great as they have regular offers, and the pickup process is smooth. It'd be nice to see them change up the cake flavours now and then or to try something more unique. The existing lineup is not bad, but still plays it pretty safe / are classic flavours. As for the cakes themselves, blueberry chiffon is my favourite because I enjoy a more typical blueberry flavour, then the blueberry yogurt, and the red velvet. Most cakes are light, not too sweet (exception is the red velvet as its cream cheese), but all were fresh and a good portion size too.

A lot of items are prepared in central kitchen and delivered to locations. Lattes are comparable in price to most cafes BUT they are made of powder sugar mix. I watched them pour a sugar matcha powder into the cup and the chai latte yet again from a sugar powder mix. I was really hoping the drinks were hand crafted for the price point :(

I didn't think I'd like the Jalapeño Twist as much as I did, BUT THEY WERE SO GOOD! Definitely a 10/10! It's not too spicy, and the bread has a sweetness to it that pairs perfectly. AND it's baked to perfection; not too soft, not too over done, simply perfect. The chocolate Croissants looked too good to pass up, even though I'm someone that doesn't necessarily like chocolate croissants. These definitely swayed me. Delicious pastry, with the the perfect amount of chocolate and it wasn't too sweet, which I genuinely appreciated. A solid 8/10 The customer service is wonderful, everyone is so sweet and the place has a very cozy and welcoming ambience to it. Definitely going to return to try some more things!

I'd visit here again for both the service and the baked goods. I been to other cobs bread locations and this was by far the most memorable one. They didn't make me feel like a just a customer, they acknowledged my presence and was personable where I felt I can ask about the products. Thank you for being so kind. They say you never know what someone is going through so always be kind, and they definitely were that walking definition because they made my day much more positive from their interactions with me and the delicious baked goods I purchased.

I went to Crumbl on a Saturday after a long week of wanting to go. I decided to do a pickup order…read moreusing the Crumbl app, which is very convenient since you can order ahead of time and check in after you arrive. I was coming from my mom's house which was only a five minute drive, so it allowed me to get my order in and not wait too long. The place looked very clean and the staff was very focused. There was quite a long line when i got there, and it didn't seem like it was moving at first, but eventually one employee came to the front with several boxes and started knocking out orders one by one. I only had to wait 5 minutes. I ordered four (normal-sized) cookies: the Cookies & Cream Krispy Bar, the Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Cookie, the Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie, and the Biscoff Cheesecake. The Strawberry Cheesecake cookie was quite good, and the frosting and strawberry jam really captured the flavour of a strawberry cheesecake. I'm not usually a rice krispies person but I decided to order the Krispy bar because I was curious. The cookie and cream flavour wasn't too strong, which I liked. I recommend microwaving it, as it enhances the marshmallow texture and makes the bar softer and chewier. The next day, I tried the other two flavours. The Biscoff cheesecake was my favourite. I wasn't expecting the cinnamon but it worked really well. The Peanut Butter Cup Brownie cookie was pretty good, although as someone who eats these cookies by the quarter, I would've liked to have the peanut butter parts more evenly spread throughout the cookie. Overall, it was stellar. I always love the cookies at Crumbl. They can be a tad sweet depending on the flavour, so my advice is to pace yourself. If I want to just try a flavour, I get the small ones. This is really my first time getting a box of the large desserts by myself, and I'll absolutely be doing it again.

I love that they drop new flavours every week, it's fun and gives you something to look forward to. I'm especially excited for all the holiday flavours they're about to roll out. Honestly, they're super hyped (maybe even a little overhyped), but they really do know how to make a good cookie. It does get super busy, but the service is still good because they have so many people working in the back. It's actually really fun to go in and see everyone baking, it's pretty cool to watch. Ambiance is cute, they have a nice and clear interior and it's aesthetically pleasing, however it is a take out spot, so just what you would expect.
