I asked for their recommended thickness - which was paper thin. Oh yes, I was right, it was juicy, packed with beef flavor with perfect seasonings. I think it will be as good when it is thicker - next time! I learned later that their cured meat products such as sausages are also good. I am looking forward to coming here again!
