Special section in the corner with a plastic ware and to go boxes. We ordered variety of buns and desserts. Egg tarts were amazing! Cheesecake was overly sweet (I got Black Forrest). They couldn't separate my cappuccino (coffee and milk in a separate cup), which was upsetting- I order my coffee drinks "deconstructed" all the time and never had my request declined. I had to take just a double espresso but the amount was more like a single shot. I'll stick to a water next time and will get more breads and buns. So I can only give 4 stars. read more

This asian bakery was like nothing I've ever seen or heard of before! My friend that lives in Orlando suggested it for a group breakfast on our last day in town. They had a nice and big parking lot that could accommodate many customers. The bakery is a little bit chaotic with music playing, people talking, and order numbers and names being called over a microphone the whole time. I liked browsing through all the amazing buns and sweet and savory pastries. You pick the treats that you want with tongs and put them on your tray and then pay at the end. I tried the coconut butterfly pastry and it had toasted almond in it too! It was delicious and huge! I also ordered summer vegetable dumplings and fried 1908 tofu since I don't eat meat. I was glad to see a more filling veggie option since all of the savory breads had meat in them. The dumplings were gooey and had crunchy veggies inside! I really liked the textures and flavors in these. You can also choose to get them fried. The fried tofu was super unique! It was lightly dusted and not what I imagined when I read "fried tofu". The inside was very soft (maybe silken tofu) and they were salty and crunchy. This appetizer is enough for 3-4 people to share. I could only eat some of it because it was so salty. I would go back to pick up a few desserts to go, but I probably wouldn't go back for an actual meal since it felt like a hodge podge of random things. read more

The food was underwhelming, absolutely no flavor! We had the vegetable dumpling soup, pork dumplings and the 1908 tofu that was supposed to be something special. The vegetable dumplings were odd tasting, the soup had no flavor. The pork dumplings were tolerable. Now the tofu was just plain awful. There was no flavor, It was small cubes barely fried. Came here previously but came late and not many options were available as they sold through. Gave another try today at 8:45am knowing they opened at 8am, they had a lot of options but I'd say about half of the baskets were empty. I'd recommend coming around 9-10am in hopes they'd have more offerings out. The few I purchased were tasty and I got another chocolate crepe cake that I enjoyed last time. read more

Not sure what I can say about this amazing bakery that others haven't said. The pastries are fluffy, delicious and lighter on the sugar than some of the more European-style baked goods I'm used to. I love the egg sandwich and the pineapple bun. My son likes the butter bread for his school lunch sandwiches, which they sell pre-sliced by the loaf. They also have taro and matcha loaves. They have a peaches and cream bun that I have been eye-balling... I also love their boba tea- I've had the creme-brulee with pink boba and the matcha with drinkable mochi, both excellent. My husband likes their fruit teas. I have ordered their fried vegetable dumplings and their dumpling soup- both ways taste delicious. Long line and hard to park during peak hours but they work fast. read more

Now that I've had breakfast & lunch here, I can say this place is awesome! Everything is very organized, service and food delivery are both quick even when it's busy. The few buns from the bakery I've tried have been really good, although sometimes too sweet for my taste. For lunch, we had the fried tofu and veggie dumplings which were both fantastic. The tofu is a little boring looking but don't be fooled - it's delicious. I'm also very pleased with how busy this place is all the time. This is definitely the place to go in a group and order several things to try. We did exactly that! Awesome variety of drinks, sweets, and savory options. You also simply must show up early to get the most out of your visit. All the pork buns were out and a few other items were out for the day. BUT that doesn't mean there isn't anything else to try. There's plenty ! My favorite thing was the savory onion pastry with pork floss. I couldn't really read the name lol but that thing was awesome and the whole table agreed I chose best ! Everything had great flavor. Loved the broth for the soups. The dumplings were kinda soft and fell apart which was a bummer. The takoyaki had a great flavor and were very nicely dressed but were a little too battery. The walnut chicken was so insanely crispy and had an amazing flavor. They have chili oil and vinegar with the napkins and utensils. There's also self serve water in multiple locations. In addition to that the to go boxes are available to grab. There's so much seating but it fills up and stays filled! Make a game plan with your group for extra efficiency. We enjoyed a table outside. Parking can get kinda hectic it's a small place. Visited this somewhat new Asian staple on 50. It is a welcome addition to the area. They have drinks, fresh baked goods, and other food items. Their drinks were delicious (although I selected 100% sugar and it tasted like no sugar, which still tasted great but could throw off others). I liked the variety of options from hot to cold and even add ins. The bakery items were affordable and delicious. I loved the pork turnover- something different than I am used to. I went at 6pm so it was slim pickings on bakery items. I will try to visit earlier in the future. I also noticed that on the menu, they had plenty of fried food (like popcorn chicken) and dim sum (like dumplings). These felt priced higher than I would've liked so I passed on these options. Overall, the vibe of the venue is very pleasing and open. Plenty of seating separated from the purchasing area. Additionally, it was clear they were using quality packing materials and condiments in the self service area. This could be contributing to the price but it's a nice touch.
