Except my tire popped and it ripped open my gas pipe so I could no longer fuel up my tank without it leaking and not getting into my gas tank. It's really nice that when you call and he doesn't pick up, it sends an automated message and from there he gets back to you and you can message him your problem first to make sure he can fix it before wasting your time getting there and him not being able to fix the problem. After taking a look at my car's issue, he lets us kno what he can do and that he needs to get the parts the next day when the dealership opens back up in the morning. Next day rolls by and I message him in the morning asking for an update. He lets me know the dealership does not have our parts but offers a solution to get me back home! He fixes the issue quickly and at a great price! Jeremy is a credible and authentic mechanic!!! Very reliable. Another mention! When he was done assessing the issue, we asked if we could leave the car with him and uber back to our hotel since we didn't have any gas left. He said yes and so we left the keys with him. Me and my friend, both girls, were now waiting outside 15 minutes for our uber in the dark. However Jeremy waited for our uber to get there and then left, what a gentleman!

Also lots of miscellaneous exhaust work in between. This last Monday I once again took a new to me vehicle (2020 Tacoma V6) in for a little less restrictive muffler. After some discussion, I (we) decided on an 18" DT free flow muffler, intended to result in a little rumble and less back pressure. Unfortunately, it was a bit too loud and had some minor drone on the highway. I went back on Thursday asking to go to the 24" version of the same muffler. My intent was to ask Kim (Manager) to slide me a bit on price, understanding the primary responsibility was mine. She would not hear of it. She swapped the mufflers out, charging me a small labor fee. I actually asked her to take more money. She declined, saying she wanted me happy, period. THIS is the reason good businesses survive and thrive. I have sent and will continue to refer friends to Bob's as/ where possible for the simple reason that they are the best and they completely own the entire process.
