Day One, I went in and ordered a bacon egg & cheese sandwich. I asked if I could substitute avocado for the cheese. They said no as the avocado is more expensive. I get it, no big deal. I ask for a bacon egg sandwich (no cheese). They take my order along with my coffee and such and I go about my business. I go back to my Air bnb and lo and behold it's an egg only sandwich. I chalk it up to talking about avocados more than I do their listening skills and I move on. Day Two, I go in to give them a second chance. I order a Harvest Bowl & 2 coffees. I pay in cash. I get my cups, fill up my coffees and wait. After a few minutes, I realize that several people have come in, ordered, served and left in front of me. I go up to the counter and ask about my order and find out it was never put in. Because I paid in cash there was no trail. It's now well over 20 minutes and the person who took my order would not even lift her head to acknowledge that she served me. I call someone else over and ask about what to do and they treat me like I'm looking for a free meal. (FYI, visually I am a successful older female). Once they retook my order I quickly went next door to the jewelry shop as I had some time sensitive business there. When I returned, bowl still not ready, but was on the stove. While I was waiting I asked to speak with the manager. Suddenly nobody wanted to be the manager. Once someone came forward, I asked if this type of service was normal. I also asked if they compensate customers who have been ignored. He THEN HAD THE NERVE TO SAY, 'WELL, YOU'RE GETTING THE BOWL FOR FREE'! There were places I wanted him to put said compensation. Never, Never, NEVER say words like that to any customer. The sad part, the food is good. The place is cute. The customer service takes all that away and more. Caitlin, you have a good thing. Don't let your employees ruin it. When I mentioned your business in the jewelry store, they avoid your place too for the same reason.

They are located on N Main St, Leominster on a pretty busy main road. Pulling in, there are about 13 spots all around with an additional 5 spots in front of the connected business. Actually, now that I am writing this review and referencing Google Maps, I had no idea there were several more spots behind the business. Either way, it can be a little hectic if you pull into the lot during a busy hour as it can be tricky to wait or navigate around other people trying to back out of their spot. This place feels like a time capsule. Everything appears old fashioned and unchanged in the 13+ years I've been coming here. The large glass windows lets in a lot of natural light if you decide to stay in and eat. I've always had lovely interactions with all of the staff here. As expected the bagels here are top tier. I will admit I'm no bagel expert or snob, but even my amateur experience can recognize these guys sell bagels many quality tiers above store-bought bagels. My go-to item to get here is actually their Chicken Salad Panini. The bread is perfectly toasted, the raw onions have a great bite to them, and the tangy BBQ sauce ties it all together to make one of my most favorite sandwiches. Another treat I love to get is their Pistachio Muffin microwaved with butter. It is heavenly, as are a lot of their other muffins. As you approach the counter, they offer a lot of their cream cheeses for sale. I am obsessed with their French Vanilla cream cheese. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10

Make sure to try the French toast bagel. Sandwiches are hefty. The pizza bagel is probably my favorite. My husband favors the sausage, egg, and cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. Iced coffee is great and needs no added sweeteners, though syrups and sugar are available for free. The staff is friendly and helpful! Handicapped parking is available in the small lot.
