It's on the water and has it's own very tiny beach. They provide an opportunity to jet ski, kayak or just lay about with a drink in your hand. There are several tiers of rooms here and you truly get what you pay for. If you reserve a cheap room next to the parking lot, you will get one that's moderately decorated, with no WiFi access, thin walls and a greater noise level. If you pay more and get a poolside room, your room is well decorated, thicker walls, WiFi access and limited noise. The staff here speaks moderate English and the guests were mostly Mexican. Overall, everyone was friendly. They are pet friendly as well. The bar and restaurant were awesome. The service was terrific, especially considering my pathetic Spanish. The local wines are delicious and anything you order with fish was very fresh. My favorite was the shrimp ceviche tostadas which were out of this world and I ate them every day. There was live music at night, they were mostly playing old American tunes which was kind of funny with the Spanish accents, but the bands were very talented. Overall, our stay was nice, but considering price and location, we will likely explore other options on our next trip.

I've stayed at a couple of hotels in this area but I think this one might be one of the best! Check in - Check-in was super easy and hassle free. I booked through booking.com, so my room was paid for when I got there. My room was ready upon arrival and the front desk was friendly and provided helpful check in/out instructions. They then directed me to the parking lot inside where I was able to leave my car overnight. The hotel has a security guard who watches the lot and hotel grounds, which I appreciate. I also liked that the hotel has an elevator, so you don't have to worry about carrying heavy suitcases upstairs if your room is on the second floor. Rooms - First impression of the room was that it was clean and inviting. The room itself is on the smaller size, but not too crowded. The double rooms come with full size beds that are quite comfortable. The room also had a coffee maker, iron, TV, and a small closet to hang up clothes. What I loved the most was the bathroom! Spacious, modern looking, and best of all... GREAT water pressure and temperature regulation. Those who have traveled to Mexico know that good water pressure and a steady warm water flow is hard to come by, even at hotels. This place did not disappoint, and for me, this is probably one of the greatest selling points! Complimentary breakfast - my reservation also included a complimentary breakfast for one or two people. The person at the front desk gave me a card to redeem at their restaurant, which is located across the hotel. You get a choice of four breakfast options ranging from your typical eggs and potatoes, to pancakes and bacon, and Mexican chilaquiles. I honestly didn't expect much given my experiences with complimentary breakfasts at hotels in the US. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the breakfast was! Since I went with my family, I got to try all four options, and they were all pretty good and the portions were filling. I also appreciated that you have an option to take the breakfast to-go, so if you're in a hurry, you can drop by the restaurant, place your order, and pick up your breakfast on your way out. I was surprised that the premises had free ice machines. The water was salty so when showering you could feel the salt on your body. There's bellboys but when arriving to our spot none approached us, mind you we're 2 adults and 2 children including an infant.

After checking in, we were giving a quick took of the facility from the pool to the dining room (provide breakfast/lunch) and finally to our room. Everything we needed was included in the room. Would of liked to have a mini fridge, but then again many and all food and drinks we bought didn't last long to where we needed one. The beds are very firm, but supporting and very relaxing to lay on. Staying at this hotel, you are within walking distances of well over dozens of restaurants, bars, clothing shops... Tourist spot for those who take the Ensenada cruise. Definitely will eh staying here again.

I stayed here recently for a wedding. This wasn't the hotel that the wedding was at, but ended up…read morebeing super nice. I booked three night total under two different bookings but the staff was able to easily accommodate both bookings. My first room was a standard room that was comfortable and had a porch with a beautiful view of the valley. The second room I moved to was bigger and super spacious. I loved both, but the bigger room also had a bigger bathroom which was great for getting ready for a wedding. I ate at their restaurant a couple times and the food was good! I had the green chilaquiles and coffee. The serving staff was super friendly and attentive. My favorite thing about my stay was that there are about five dogs that live on the property. Most of them are golden retrievers who just roam and want love! They were a cute surprise. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Valle!

Penny pinching hotel. Do not wash your face with the WASH…read morecloth if you have any makeup on. Room was smaller than i thought but no problem. Note that there is no ice machine in the facility. We paid like 3 usd for a bag of ice. Up until check out; we were ready to come back. On the second morning of our trip the cleaning lady asked me if I needed room service. I said no thank you but did ask for more towels. She asked me for the dirty ones in order to give me more. She literally gave me the amount and sizes of towels I gave her. I get it, no problem but I did note it. I gave her one facial wash cloth and two bath towels. So at check out the day later, the man at reception tells us that there's a note on our paperwork to charge us for one facial towel and a bath towel. I enquired why we would be charged and he said maybe because they're stained. I said yes, I know the facial towel was stained because since it's a facial wash cloth I used it to wash my face! So he concured that the stains were the makeup on the facial wash cloth. At this point I'm pissed because it is not in the rules that you'll be charged if you stain towels with makeup. Also what hotel charges for make up stains? It's a wash cloth. People use wash cloths to wash themselves. I'm not even sure if the large towel had any stains but the facial wash cloth did have a bit that is washable. So he charged us 15 usd for both towels which we wouldn't even get to take home. Spend your cash elsewhere. There are nicer hotels in Valle de Guadalupe that will not charge you for using amenities included in the room.

this place is terrible, looks like the motel from the movie vacancy, its scary, dirty sheet and…read morefurniture so old everything looks dirty!!!!!!! we especially did not like that the huge window that faces a dark secluded street had no lock......................... again no lock on window.......... we paid $110.00 when wer arrived on friday through sunday....... we did not stay at this motel we had to leave when we arrived at 9:00pm at night, the motel clerk did not refund us our money he said we needed to come back on saturday to speak to owners, we did go back saturday and owners only refunded us for saturday night even though we didn't stay..........very scary especially the windows with no security!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
