They came out to replace a valve and charged $200. Set the valve incorrectly to 180° turn instead of 90° and installed the valve without the center O-ring gasket causing the valve to leak. They also broke the handle off another actuating valve. They are dodging phone calls for weeks now and still won't acknowledge the problems or come to fix their mistake. This company is completely unprofessional and not worth your time.

He then went to the backyard and remove all the parts and installed back the old parts. I could not believe after 6 weeks and all these trips these guys would act like this. I called a different pool company that had knowledgeable people to repair the heaters. They came out and in 30 minutes had my heater working for less than $200.00 Stay away from Texsun pools no matter how good they sound on the Saturday radio program.

Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.
