Just visited, loved the food and the people. Scones were flavorful and not dry. Coffee was very good!

The seating works for both couples having a cute coffee date and groups catching up, which I appreciate. They've switched to a kiosk ordering system, and honestly? Kind of a win. Both kiosks can be used, orders move faster, and the staff can focus on making drinks instead of juggling a line. The only downside: no cash and no non-chip gift cards, which feels very "welcome to the future, hope you're prepared!" The staff is genuinely pleasant and even offered to remake my drink if anything went sideways, which automatically earns brownie points. Fair warning though: when it gets busy, it gets TIGHT. Like, "excuse me, sorry, I'm just existing" tight. That said... the drinks are absolutely worth the mild inconvenience. Cozy vibes, good coffee, and friendly staff? I'll gladly come back and do it all over again, preferably during a slightly less crowded moment.

It doesn't seem to matter if the place is empty or packed you'll still wait way too long for food that's pretty mediocre. I really wanted to like this place because the location, decor, and layout are all great. But every time I go, the service feels cold and unwelcoming. No greeting, no friendliness, no sense that they're happy to have customers there. Instead, it feels like you're bothering the staff just by being there or asking a question. And the food is honestly always disappointing. After the first two times, I started sticking to drinks only. What really turned me off was seeing the owner post on social media making fun of negative reviews about long wait times and cold coffee. Those are fair complaints, and customer feedback should be taken seriously, not mocked. I'm sure they'll stay busy because they're in a tourist spot, but I'd save your time and money and go somewhere else.

In early February 2022, I used the JustFood website to inquire about catering a family birthday…read moredinner I was planning. This was around 6:30 p.m. on a weeknight. Within about 15 minutes, JustFood Manager Rob Demko sent me a text not only confirming a call with him for the next day, but suggesting a few menu ideas based on some details I had included on the web form. Talk about attentive customer service! When I spoke with Rob, he asked a few questions and then walked me through a range of options for appetizers, entrees and sides, explaining how each paired with one another. And because I was having vegetarian guests along with some carnivores, I needed good options. Ultimately I ordered Eggplant Parmesan, stuffed chicken, grilled asparagus, Mac & cheese (three kids under 11), chicken fingers with BBQ sauce (kids and kids at heart), potato and onion side dish, butternut squash risotto and dinner rolls. To a person, all of us loved everything Rob recommended. Even the rolls were amazing. And my vegetarian guests wanted to know where I got the eggplant parm and Mac & cheese. But all the above aside, Rob not only delivered everything to my home with detailed heating instructions that were foolproof, he could not have been nicer or more helpful throughout. He also seemed genuinely appreciative for the order. Finally, the price was really reasonable for a complete dinner for 10 people. I will definitely place my next catering order with JustFood. You should too!

I also am fully aware it's a small business and with inflation prices are bound to increase but I felt very ripped off. I bought 4 cupcakes - they're $3.50 each - totally fine. Thats $14. I also bought 3 macarons which the girl said were $1.25 each, also totally reasonable. So now I'm at $17.75 Tell me how I spent $41 and change when the only other things I bought were 3 decorated sugar cookies and 6 petit fours. That means I spent $23 on 3 cookies and 6 petit four. Maybe that's an okay price actually . If the cookie were 4 that'd be 12 and then I spent 11 on those cakes. Sure I guess the price isn't bad. Everything was beautiful by the way. But the cupcakes weren't filled. Again not bad for the price. And the petit fours were not the traditional layered I'm used to. Maybe I just expected more ? Again nothing per se is expensive. And the quality isn't bad either I just don't ever leave loving anything I've purchased. My petit fours also got stuck to the wrappers so I had to eat paper. I just wish I could go in here and order something and know I'll love it. I'd spend more if that were the case ! Again- not a bad review. I know my best friend loves their pastries - but it's just not a place for me anymore to get what I love. I wish them the best and many more years ahead!
