I reached out via their website 3 weeks ago to get 2 smash cakes, 24 cake pops, and 24 cupcakes for my son's 1st birthday (very simple order). She did not respond back for over a week and we went back and forth via email. I asked for a phone call to just sort the order out a few times and she refused. She just kept asking for me to fill out the order form...again....and again...and again. Her emails made absolutely no sense to find out that she uses ChatGPT which was why. She wasn't even responding to my emails as herself even when I told her how upset I was. I left her multiple voicemails and have still not heard from her...only ChatGPT. Now with the party being only a week away, I could not rely on Alexis as I can't even get ahold of her so found another option.
