I just stopped for a coffee, but I was impressed with the whole place. I'll definitely be coming back to order more.

Classic and well-known breakfast sandwich spot with a few locations throughout the greater Boston…read morearea! Well-executed sandwiches. It's a bit tight inside with not much seating and seems like more of a takeaway spot, which is exactly what I did. Staff are nice. The smell of the bacon inside is very enticing. I've been loyal to their Fancy breakfast sandwich which has fried eggs, bacon, cheddar, avocado, (pickled?) red onions, and mayo on toasted bread. While it is not life-changing, I still think it is a very solid breakfast sandwich that is well-balanced. I like the acidity of the red onions and the freshness of the avocado which balances out the oil and fat from the bacon and cheddar. But I would love to try their other popular items like a Mission breakfast burrito, the Crack sandwich, etc!

There's a small park with shaded benches about 2 blocks away (Elliot Norton Park) which is a great place to sit down and devour the food. I ordered the Mission Breakfast Burrito and it was delicious. As of August 2026, the website lists the burrito as $14, but the price on the in-person menu was $16. I would give the burrito 4 out of 5 stars because of the way it was wrapped - about a third of the burrito was just egg and cheese and the toppings (avocado, red onion, hash browns, salsa verde, crema) were crammed on the other side of the burrito. If there was a way for the burrito to be wrapped so all the ingredients were more evenly distributed - this would easily be a 5/5 breakfast burrito. One random detail that stuck out to me was that their drinks in their refrigerator were very cold - no lukewarm sodas here! I would come back here to try their signature "Fancy" sandwich. Overall, this is a very solid breakfast spot in Boston!

I got 99 problems, but brunch ain't one …read more.... I had just finished a long-awaited day in family court, and my best friend Robin came with me for support. Afterward, she treated me to brunch at North Street Grille, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. When we arrived, there was a line and we were told the wait could be around 45 minutes. Don't let that scare you off. We put our name down, walked around the neighborhood, took some cute pictures of each other and passed the time until Robin received a text letting us know our table was coming up. I'd say we actually waited closer to 20-30 minutes max. As someone who deals with anxiety, I'll admit that when I first saw how busy it was, I was a little nervous about going inside. But once we got settled, that feeling went away. The atmosphere was welcoming, lively and easygoing. There was plenty of conversation and background noise, but funny enough, that was exactly the kind of noise I needed that day. I didn't feel like all eyes were on me. I could just sit down, decompress, enjoy my food and enjoy being with my best friend. And once you're inside, I can completely understand the wait. It's a smaller spot, people are eating, drinking, talking and genuinely enjoying themselves. It doesn't feel like somewhere you want to rush out of and with the food being as good as it was, I understand the line too. Now let's get to the food. That complimentary banana bread? Don't sleep on it. I really enjoyed it. We also had mimosas, which were good and definitely fit the occasion. I ordered the Steak Bomb Omelet with steak, peppers and cheese, along with home fries and toast. Robin had the salmon omelet, and of course I had to taste hers too--it was good! Our waiter was attentive and really nice throughout the meal, which made the experience even better. And speaking of Robin what are the chances I'm sitting there with my best friend Robin, open the menu and see a Robin Special? Shoutout to all the Robins! There were so many other things on the menu that caught my eye that I already know one visit isn't enough. And apparently the restaurant knew when it was time for me to go, because right on cue, I dropped my mimosa glass. I was immediately embarrassed, but shoutout to our waiter because he didn't make a big deal out of it or make me feel uncomfortable. And remember all that background noise I mentioned? For once, I was grateful for it because hardly anybody even noticed. Between coming straight from family court, having my best friend there, the food, the atmosphere and even my little mimosa-glass finale, this brunch ended up being exactly what I needed. Would I come back? Definitely. Next time I'm trying something completely different from the menu, with them delicious-ass banana bread bites.

Server was super friendly and continued asking if we needed anything. Chocolate chip and cinnamon roll pancakes were perfect for the kids. The eggs and bacon plate had plenty of food. This place rocks so much we came back for a second time, though our stay at Seaport was so short…read moreand originally we wanted to use every meal at a different spot. First of all, the pastry case just beautifully displays all the baked goods. It's quite a sight to see! I love the variety and flavors, very unique. If you know what you want, gotta get in line and grab it quick! If you wanna put in your own order, you can use the kiosk, which is really fun to use. I ordered a chai with oat milk (it's very light in flavor) and got a bialy. Honestly I had not had a bialy in over 25+ years... and was surprised to see it in the case and I had to have it. A corn + cheddar bialy. It did NOT disappoint. I also got london fog with oat milk previously, also very nice, but this place was soooo good we had to come back. My daughter loves pop tarts so when she saw it in the case, she got a blueberry pop tart and said it was very flakey and the jam was very jamful. It was the-last-one, even had the sign stuck in it!! She also got the french toast (2 slices) with kid's milk and said it was the best french toast she's ever had. My sis got a chocolate pain suisse, which I had never seen before. It's basically brioche filled with pastry cream and chocolate. It looked delicious and with coffee, my sis ate the whole thing up. All in all, this place has so much delicious eats.. I can understand if you live here, you could come every morning and still not get to everything in the pastry case! Definitely be back if we're in the Boston area again.

Ordering is simple (automated or in-person), and our food arrived in approximately 5 minutes (delivered to our table.) Pleasant music plays overhead, and the dining space is well lit. Four stars instead of five: Indoor dining space has been significantly reduced (at least 75% reduction) but there is ample outdoor seating. There is indoor seating for 8-10 people. We all agreed we would eat here in the future.
