I let Manell know that this was my first time threading, and she walked me through the entire process in an encouraging and professional way. While the sensation is different than waxing, the pain level is about the same (pretty minimal). We did have to pause a few times throughout the appointment because my eyes were watering -- but Manell assured me that was perfectly normal, and continuously supplied tissues for me to use. I was shocked at how fast we were done -- and absolutely loved the results. I also appreciate how natural the whole process is. I did exactly that -- I emailed them politely and respectfully, hoping to resolve things privately. Instead, their reply blamed me entirely, offered no solution or compensation, and ended by telling me they were no longer willing to provide me with any services simply because I complained. I have full documentation of all email communication showing that I remained professional throughout, and that their "we'd like to make it right" response on Google was simply for appearance's sake. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly insulting. I would strongly caution others to think twice before spending thousands of dollars here.
