A week or so ago, my husband went there for something. There was no one at the register or evident in the front of the store. He walked to the back, found a staff person and asked a question. "What?" said the guy. My husband repeated his question. "Well, I could understand you if you'd take that mask off." Even with his vaccine, my husband is a vulnerable individual in relation to COVID. We both wear masks when out in public. Then, I went there yesterday looking for 12-gauge ground wire for a generator. I asked a guy inside the door where the wire might be. Turned out to be the same man who didn't help my husband. He responded in the rudest way possible that they didn't sell it and directed me to some far-flung electrical supply store. Nor did they have small motor oil or rebar. By the time I got that far, I wasn't even going to ask about extension cords. I went to Lowes, where the gentleman in the wire cutting aisle was more than helpful, and directed me to all the other places in the store where I could find the items I required. Such a shame. We could really use a good hardware store right in this area, but this isn't it anymore.
