It always sagged way more than they said and when I tried to tighten it, it tore. Their customer service was a bot. The response I received from them was "sorry, you're out of warranty ". The product I bought from them had extremely limited use. Honestly, not sure if it's the product, the process of selling it to me or the customer service post sale - but it has collectively failed. Highly recommend you look at another company for a net. This was on a freshwater dock, install followed their recommendations, net tore with use. Your company should put the life expectancy of 3 years on the $700 nets. Based on my research - it looks like you get what you pay for. There is another company, Sunrise Yacht Product, I will be buying my nets from in the future. Expected life is 12+ years, they actually employ engineers to ensure you have accurate information on install.

At the suggestion of my cousin that lives in the suburbs , I calle Gerhards. I connected with a very helpful sales person, Aubry, who related to my issue since he had a similar issue in his own house. After finding something I was interested in, but hesitant because of size, Aubry made a trip to my house to measure. We found the dryer would probably be a problem .The next day, we spoke and found on that he felt could work. Having been in retail business for many years in the past, I must say I was extremely impressed with the customer service & professional knowledge that Aubry gave me. Gerhards is very fortunate to have such a caring employee. The delivery went smoothly and they were here in the time slot they gave me and no problems removing my old dryer and installing the new. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their service again when in the market for another appliance. Thank you Aubrey for your great service!! Carolyn Verdi
