Called me back 20 minutes later, no order on truck. Didn't know where it was or if order was even completed. Said they won't know until next week where the cabinets are or even if the order was filled. Wrote a check to avoid their ridiculous CC fees so I can't even dispute the charge. Hundreds of dollars wasted on non-sense that was avoidable with minimal communication. Flooring will have to be installed first and then cut up to accommodate the island cabinets if I ever get them. When we got there, the lady at the front desk said oh no, you will need an appointment to come in. There was no one in the showroom and it was obviously not busy. We asked if we could take a look and she said that their floors were being cleaned at the moment and were too slippery for customers. No one was in the showroom cleaning their floors... They listened to what we wanted and immediately "clicked" with our design esthetic. Their designers were top notch and made the design process easy and interactive. Their show room made the entire selection process easy - they have virtually anything you might want on display (no need to run around to different places). Their construction crew was professional and courteous, this was important to us since we were living in the house during the project. We had continuous progress over the course of the 4 month project - there was only one day when we didn't have someone from the Agentis team working on site.
