Said they won't know until next week where the cabinets are or even if the order was filled. Wrote a check to avoid their ridiculous CC fees so I can't even dispute the charge. Hundreds of dollars wasted on non-sense that was avoidable with minimal communication. Flooring will have to be installed first and then cut up to accommodate the island cabinets if I ever get them. Needless to say this was a major project! After meeting with a few other renovation companies in the area, we met with Agentis. They listened to what we wanted and immediately "clicked" with our design esthetic. Their designers were top notch and made the design process easy and interactive. Their show room made the entire selection process easy - they have virtually anything you might want on display (no need to run around to different places). Their construction crew was professional and courteous, this was important to us since we were living in the house during the project. We had continuous progress over the course of the 4 month project - there was only one day when we didn't have someone from the Agentis team working on site. The team worked diligently and professionally - true craftsman. The end result is beautiful and we're beyond happy!
