After reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews there for QAS, I called it. I had a very nice talk with the owner, "Jason," who, alas, does not service the West Chester area. However, Jason appears to be "old school" concerning customer service and earning "good will" and so offered some very good advice and gave me a referral for a long-established family appliance store near Trooper that I'm now speaking with about my buying a new double oven. So...sorry I could not get Jason over to WC to fix my Thermador BUT I will remember him if anyone I know in the Collegeville, Phoenixville, Norristown areas need a very nice and seemingly very experienced appliance repair service to call upon! Thanks, Jason! :)
