The Baby Suckling Pigs are on Display at the Butchers station!! The Pig Skin is nice and Crunchy!!! You tell them how many pounds you want and they Chop it up for you!!! They take Credit Cards!!! But they Charge a Fee to use the Credit Cards!!!! Cash is King Here!!! They sell other Filipino dishes at the Steam Table!!!! The Lechon was amazing !!! Crispy Skin and the Meat was Moist and Tender!!! Go Early they sold out in a Few Hours of Opening !!! For all These Reasons this is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment!!! Good quality lechon here! Very crispy and tasty, they sell until sold out and they sell out pretty quickly. Everything is sold a la carte, lechon is $21.99/lb and then there's box sizes for the other food items or rice/pancit Service is nice, the lady working let us sample a few food items since we weren't super familiar with Cebu cuisine. Ambiance is good and spacious, very clean and there's self serve water for dining in

I love the lechon here! Worth every minute of the drive to Hayward. The skin is always crispy and the meat is seasoned well and tender, not dry. The prices are very reasonable and you can order a small amount for a personal order or a large amount for a party. They offer steamed rice as well as a few other side options to choose from. They do close on the early side and sometimes sell out before they close to plan accordingly!

We got it for Thanksgiving. If you want some crispy lechon where the skin stays crispy for 3 days later this is a place for you. Also the lechon is juicy and oozing with it. We got a lechon for a party and I would definitely recommend it.

First time here.. the place is nice. The lechon belly us good, juicy and crispy (the skin) Dinuguan is ok, the sisig , for me the lemongrass is overpowering the taste, cut is too tiny, no crunch. Service is good.

Came here towards closing on a Sunday before a little potluck I was heading to in the south bay. Called their location beforehand to see if there was any cebuchon left. The lady who answered was very nice and informed me there was about a pound and a half left and she would try to save me some since I was less than 10mins away. By the time I got there, it wasn't too busy than I expected. Their location is so much bigger than their Suisun city location. It was nice and clean including their restrooms. The lady who assisted me was the one who had answered the phone. I was able to get a pound worth. I noticed the price has gone up since the last time I was at their other location. It was a little under $60 for the pound I got including taxes. I totally forgot to take photos of the actual nicely chopped cebuchon. We couldn't wait when we arrived to our potluck. We all enjoyed every bite. Tasty and skin crispy as always.

    4.5 lbs for $98

I preordered a few days before throwing a party. I ordered 4 lbs of lechon and half tray of pancit for $50. When I arrived on Saturday around 1pm, it wasn't busy. The lechon turned out to be 4.5 lbs ($98) and I was fine with it. They chopped it up for me since I didn't want to deal with the grease myself. The lechon is still $21.99/lb. The thin crispy skin is definitely the best part. It didn't even get soggy when I brought it home. The meat was juicy and tender. For reheating, I put it in an air fryer for 6 mins. The pancit tasted salty though. I'm glad I only ordered half a tray. It was a lot of clear noodles and we only finished half of that tray. A bit pricey too.

Plenty of seating to enjoy your meal

We ordered a full 10 lb Lechon for a lunch with my family. I showed up to pick it up, and I was able to choose which one I got to take. They cut it up and put it all into an aluminum tray for us to take. We ate it about an hour later, it was still hot and juicy! It was so juicy, I couldn't stop eating it. The meat was tender, and juicy, while the skin was as crunchy as could be! It was very good and I look forward to picking up more when we are in the area. They sell it by weight and you can get as little or as much as you want. It is recommended if you want to order for a party, order in advance to make sure they have enough for you. Very friendly shop, can't wait to go back!

Located in a plaza with a parking lot. We got here at noon on a Saturday and the line was already wrapped to the door. It took about 20 mins to order so the line moved very slow. By the time we sat down to eat, the line got even longer so I would recommend coming in before noon and before they run out and have to wait longer for the next batch. Ordered the lechon belly ($21.99/lb). We asked for 1lb and they weighted it at 1.2lb and asked if it's ok. Also, ordered a small rice and a xs pancit ($4.50). It comes with a few sauce which goes very well with the lechon. The skin was very crispy and the lechon was obviously very fatty so definitely needed that rice. The pancit was very salty so I wouldn't get this again.

I'll keep this simple; best I ever had. Friendly service too. The meat was flavorful, skin was extra crispy. Would def come again

    Cebu lechon ready to go

It's official, I prefer Cebu lechon over traditional lechon. That was a unanimous decision after having just one bite of Bai's cebuchon. The melt-in-your-mouth roasted pork belly is bursting in flavors that have marinated into the pork over slow roasting and rotating over coals. The glass-like crispy pork skin is something else and all your family members will be fighting over the pieces. The meat itself is juicy and tender. Combined with the belly fat, each bite is an indulgent experience that will heighten the senses. When ordering, let them know how many pounds you want. Each pound is enough for about 2 people. It's chopped up into squares and served with sides of toyo-mansi, which is a soy sauce and calamansi juice dipping sauce. They also include sides of all purpose sauce which I haven't dared to look up the exact ingredients. These sauces are complementary to the fattiness of the pork as one has acidity and the other is somewhat sweet. Bai also has a rotation of other prepared Filipino dishes such as pancit, chop suey, and other regional specialties. Service is friendly and there's plenty of indoor seating available.

Here's the good: If you are looking for SPECIFICALLY lechon belly and have no concept of how different Philippine regions season and spice their pig: go there. The people there are friendly and if you call ahead, the service is great. Ambiance is in-and-out. Very no nonsense. Here's the bad: If you're going to be "Bai Cebu Lechon" with pictures of CEBU festivals and nobody in there speaks Cebuano? I think you're bullshit. I think you're some Tagalog using Cebu culture as a marketing ploy. And if you know ANY Cebuano, they won't like that. Hell, M Lhuillier is a Cebuano company. They make sure EVERY AMERICAN OUTLET speaks Bisaya. Secondly, the lechon tastes like plain Tagalog Lechon. There's nothing about the seasoning that checks any box in my Cebuano mind. It's OKAY. But it's not Cebu lechon belly. Especially since you have every opportunity to hone in on the flavors made popular by Ruth's, Ayer's, CnT. Do your part. Study the greats. Don't repackage Tagalog pig with Cebuano marketing.

I'm gonna check with my NorCal moots about this but sucks if that's true. I was going to comment on how this is one of few bastions of affordable, slightly more unique food in the bay area, but I guess that's not the case. I'm spoiled by having a Dollar Hits in SoCal literally down the street from me so I can't say this place compares, but it's at least an option for NorCal, you know? This definitely used to be another restaurant, but then retrofitted to be a grill. Super large grill in the middle for everyone to communally cook at indoors. This is a good combination between the outdoors grill it yourself and the indoors seating of both the SoCal Dollar Hits, so I thought that was nice. They have all the classics here, isaw (sometimes Dollar Hits doesn't have this unless you request -it's chicken intestines), large intestines, chicken skin, kwek kwek (battered quail eggs), and Tender Juicy bright red filipino hot dogs (a must). You can also order a side of rice and the sauces were self serve (made it a bit sticky). It gets a bit smoky in there even with the fans, but overall had an enjoyable time the time when I did visit.
