this goes down as the worst experience had at bahama bucks I don't know if these teens felt that being within the same age range means we'd be okay with waiting 10 mins . every other guest sat no one else waiting.... I was godsmacked the girl with glasses in dark hair in the shortest shorts ever and giving attitude to her co workers such an embarrassing experience.... The kicker was them having wait at 6 mins and a dasher coming in and them scrambling to get his order and still being slow... the way they didn't have any since of urgency If we are gonna have teenagers run establishments by themselves let's atleast have the ones wanting to work running it.... because this was insane the service was horrible I will not be back. This is my first time trying Bahama Buck's and I've been missing out. I've only had Hawaiian shaved ice a few times before (including in Hawaii) and this was the best! The texture is smooth and not chunky ice. There are so many flavors to pick from and then you can customize it with different toppings. I love that there is a variety of sizes to choose from. It is also very convenient that the website has a very clearly laid out allergen menu. I wasn't sure what to expect when I got mine and it was all color white (I ordered natural watermelon) but the flavoring was good and not too sweet! Bonus was the umbrella and color changing spoon! Just ordered two large 'Build Your Own Snow' drinks and only 1/4 of the way in, we were eating plain ice. I'm not sure why it is so difficult to add enough syrup to make it worth our money, but we definitely did not want plain, soft ice. If we are ordering a size that cannot be made with enough flavoring, don't offer that size. It can't be that difficult to make it correctly! read more

Not only was a charged the extra for the drizzle on the sonic snows I ordered for my kids, I wasn't given the character spoons or even offered them as an upgrade to the purchase. From reading all the promotional posters if I was charged that I should have gotten the spoons along with my purchase. Every child in there had the sonic character topper, he dug through and picked the one that were not the character that we purchased for ours. I'm not sure why they were acting that way. I advise management to train their employees better so that customers know what they are paying for and make sure that they can provide what is advertised and what people pay for. I have been to 4 other locations and this one was my favorite! Mostly due to space. They have free wifi, so I would often come after work or school and sit here to enjoy my treat while working on work or other things. This place is great for a treat that's not too heavily sweet and a good break from chocolate! They also have sugar-free flavors! I personally love the bahama rama mama style which puts ice cream at the bottom and hawaiian cream mixed throughout your sno - I ask for extra cream. They also now have options for vanilla and chocolate ice cream. They got rid of my favorite cherry colada flavor, so now I mix cherry and coconut which is somewhat similar. RECOMMENDATIONS: Bahama Rama Mama Style (ice cream on the bottom and whipped cream mixed throughout) FLOORS: I have felt this pretty consistent throughout all locations, sometimes the floors are sticky SEATING: best seating out of all the locations in AZ read more

EXTREMELY disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at this Bahama Bucks location. I run a summer kids camp at a local cheer gym and we order party packs every week as a special treat for our kids. We have worked with a different location in the past, however we switched over a month ago to the Ahwatukee location. I called and asked a manager if they can save our card information so we can call in pick up orders and she said she would have to check with the owner first. She gave me a call back and said it was approved and I gave her our info. We proceeded to call in every week for a month and place our orders. Yesterday when we called the owner picked up and said they don't save card info and can't place our order. When we explained that we had been doing this for a month and a manager said it was approved by the owner he said he they don't keep credit card information and he's the owner. Very frustrated with this location and we ended up going to Warner location instead where they could accommodate us. Ahwatukee location missed out on a $200 order every week! read more

Oh I had no idea of this place. As a kid I used to have this pretty often so when my friend told me about it I was excited. So we went there we had very little time in hand as we had a movie to catch. My mind was blown away with all the different flavors they had. I had to keep my confused mind aside and picked cola flavor. It was really good me and my wife loved it. We'll come back to try some more flavors. If they have half and half options like mix two flavors that would have been awesome. Hopefully that will happen in future. All in all good place to chill in the summer read more
