    Tiger's Blood Piccadilly

Ordered Two Tiger's Blood Piccadilly, I had this before and never have I ever received such bad service. Mind you the customer service was bad as well! I understand it was 10pm you close at 11pm but to not be acknowledged or even greeted was unprofessional.

    Refreshing!

Bahama Bucks Shaved Ice is the perfect treat for scorching summer days, offering a refreshing escape from the heat. Located at Chandler & 48th, delivers on flavor and friendly service. In honor of Independence Day, they creatively swapped their usual decoration with a miniature American flag topping the shaved ice instead of the customary parasol. It's the little things Their shaved ice itself is a delight--fluffy, finely shaved ice that melts in your mouth, complemented by a wide array of flavors ranging from classic cherry to exotic mango. The texture is perfect, neither too coarse nor too fine, ensuring each bite is as enjoyable as the last. We throughly enjoyed pins colada, black cherry, 1/2 dragons breath + 1/2 blue raspberry and SF mango. The ambiance at Bahama Bucks is lively and welcoming, with cheerful staff ready to assist in choosing flavors or making recommendations. The seating area, is super cute with games available to pass time. Oh la la the AC felt so good! Overall, Bahama Bucks Shaved Ice is a must-visit! We will be back.

Baby size sour with gummy bears and a small natural watermelon

This is my first time trying Bahama Buck's and I've been missing out. I've only had Hawaiian shaved ice a few times before (including in Hawaii) and this was the best! The texture is smooth and not chunky ice. There are so many flavors to pick from and then you can customize it with different toppings. I love that there is a variety of sizes to choose from. It is also very convenient that the website has a very clearly laid out allergen menu. I wasn't sure what to expect when I got mine and it was all color white (I ordered natural watermelon) but the flavoring was good and not too sweet! Bonus was the umbrella and color changing spoon! The inside is cutely decorated and the service was prompt and friendly. I think I'm going to live here in the summer!

My favorite place to visit during those AZ summers. The shaved ice is perfect and is the consistency of snow. They have so many flavor options including sugar free syrups. My mom is a diabetic so this place is a wonderful option for dessert.

Customer service is always on point here. Each time I've been here the line to order has been backed up, but once you order your ice is out in no time. Always plenty of tables open to sit in, and the staff keeps them clean at all times. Great place, i love it here.

Staff is great and the snow is awesome! Store is super clean and the bathrooms are well maintained.

Bahama Bucks has been a summertime staple for my since I was a kid! I love the consistency of the ice and they have so many different flavors to choose from. My favorite is the white coconut. I always add the vanilla ice cream on the bottom (Bahama Rama Mama) and then then cream on top! Yum! The color changing spoons and little umbrellas are a cute and fun touch! The stores always look and smell clean and the employees are very friendly!

Reminded me of the shaved ice we get back home. Decently sweet and good flavor. I tasted the tigers blood flavor when I was there and I liked it too! Definitely returning for more..

Hands down best shaved ice I've ever had. Growing up in louisiana "sno balls" are a pride of the area and how the ice is soft. This shaved ice is a different level. The softest, smoothest, almost creamy ice I've ever had. Amazing. Also flavor selections are awesome. Couldn't believe they had mangonada flavor!

This Bahama Buck's lived up to what we've come to expect from the chain. The product is good and the people are nice. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. While waiting for our order a woman and her child returned with what they'd previously ordered and attempted to return it because the girl didn't like the cream she'd added to it. To my surprise they made her a replacement. WOW!

There is a nice variety of sweet treats, and the service provided by the team inside the truck was stellar. One of our student organizations was hosting The Scookie Bar, and after walking around their event, you could score a ticket for a complimentary Scookie. As we pre-ordered so many as incentives for our students, I thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, something wasn't set up properly so we didn't have the cookies themselves, but we did have sundaes. We had six options to decide between. I went with The Standard consisting of vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips, and chocolate sauce, and on a normal day, there would have bene a chocolate chip cookie, too. The other five options included the Chocolate Lover, The Celebration, The Signature, Reese's Lover, and The VNA. While I enjoyed the sundae, I'm sure it would have been even better with the cookie included. The Scookie Bar is "where the scoop met the cookie" and serves freshly baked, warm deep-dish skillet cookies also known as scookies. They have a location at The Churchill in Downtown Phoenix, though I would assume I would more regularly see them when their food truck stops by ASU. Their Churchill location is closed on Monday but open Tuesday through Friday from 5-10 PM and Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 10 PM. If you want to order catering, it includes 2 hours of service and a 100 scookie minimum. They can provide a Build Your Own Menu where guests can choose the cookie, ice cream, and toppings, or they can choose from the Signature Scookie Menu which is what ASU did. They have been operating since 2016 in Phoenix. Now that I realize that I was missing the chocolate chip cookie, I need to try it again with that included! I definitely recommend this sweet treat to others.

I can't speak on the customer service as we never left our table and our waited just walked over and got what we needed. We were pretty stuffed from our massive meal, but we decided on sharing a cup of gelato just to satisfy our sweet tooth. I peeked inside as our table was right at a little walkway from the restaurant to the bakery. Gelato is just one of many things they serve here. They also have all your typical Italian desserts. Cakes like tiramisu, pastries like Italian flag cookies, cookies like Italian wedding cookies, cannolis of different varieties, and of course gelato. What was suggested to us if we wanted gelato was the hazelnut flavor. I was expecting a little cup for the 6 of us just to get a taste, but what he brought over was a massive serving. I don't know how many scoops it was or even how much we even paid, but we all got plenty with some even left behind. Now this gelato was life changing. Probably the best I've had in the states. I know it's gotta be way better in Italy, but I'll take what I can when I can. Think of a Ferrero Rocher but in gelato form. It was delicious and I couldn't get enough of it. It wasn't overly sweet and it had a little crunch with bits of chocolate and hazelnuts. My sweet tooth was extremely satisfied after having dessert here. I have literally been thinking about that gelato since I left Phoenix. Luckily this company has locations in Texas so I will definitely be seeking out this gelato soon.

Have a meal at The Sicilian Butcher and then follow that up with dessert at The Sicilian Baker. There are several locations in town, with this one being in North Phoenix. On my most recent visit, I stopped by on a Thursday. Parking tends to be busy in their complimentary lot, but you'll find a spot. Ambiance (4/5): The Sicilian Baker is connected to The Sicilian Butcher. It's a small bakery, with only a few seats. More of a grab-and-go type of spot or the source of your dessert if you're dining at the restaurant. While small, the decor and ambiance is nice. Service (3/5): A little bit of bad luck, but on my most recent visit, they were having trouble with their refrigeration so no gelato was available. While interacting with the staff, it was an average experience. I will say that the service was much better in the restaurant. Drinks (N/A): I only got dessert, but they do have coffee and a few other beverages available. Food (4/5): The Sicilian Baker is known for its cannolis, tiramisu, gelato, and lobster claws (dessert, not real lobster haha). On my most recent visit, I had a cannoli. They have your classic cannoli but also a nice variety of other fillings including pistachio, Reese's, and more. A+ for creativity, though I decided to stick with the classic. Solid. In fact, all of the desserts I've had here over the years have been quite good.

It's smooth, rich without being too heavy, and the flavor actually develops as you eat it instead of just being one-note sweet. You can tell they take this part seriously. Leave it outside the fridge for an hour and watch that cheesecake melt on your tongue crystals (if you have the patience for that) Their rotating monthly flavors keeps things interesting, and you're not just stuck with the same lineup every time. Out of what I tried, the banana pudding one was easily a standout--super nostalgic, creamy, and just done right without being overly sweet. The coconut one was also up there, more subtle but still really clean and flavorful. Love me some coconut! They also have a punch card system--buy 9 slices, get the 10th free--which is a nice touch. It lowkey turns into a mission because once you've tried one flavor, you kinda want to work your way through all of them anyway. Now...the downside. The customer service just isn't great. It's not aggressive or anything, just noticeably lacking. There's not much warmth or engagement--it feels pretty transactional. For a place that clearly puts effort into their product, you'd expect at least a baseline level of hospitality, and it's just not really there. So overall, if you're going to Banhams, go for the cheesecake. The rotating flavors keep it fresh, the quality is legit, and it's definitely worth trying. Just don't expect much from the service side, and you'll enjoy it a lot more.
