I completely recognize that I made a human error. When I explained what happened, the employee told me he needed to call his manager because he'd never encountered this situation before. He came back and told me they wouldn't make the smoothie at this location, despite me showing them my receipt and the paid order. I was also told I wouldn't be able to get a refund from the other location. So essentially, I was left with a $10+ smoothie I couldn't pick up, and no solution. I understand policies exist, and I understand that the mistake was mine. What really upset me was the complete lack of empathy or willingness to help find a reasonable solution. I don't have unlimited time to drive around to another location because of an honest mistake. Unfortunately, they've lost a customer today. I genuinely hope this feedback reaches management and leads to better customer service and more flexibility when situations like this happen. It's incredibly frustrating to spend $10+ on a smoothie and walk away feeling like nobody cared.

The ice is good but the staff is a nightmare. Don't get me wrong there are a couple good kids. Yes kids it seems that is all they higher. But the kids don't listen yo what you want. The kids Aldo have over charged us $2.00 to $4.00 extra a snow cup. You call them out on it and it goes ignored on top of things like we ordered the shadow from sonic and they refused to give us the spoon that goes with the drink. They said they can charge us extra for the spoon even though we just over paid for the ice itself. So be ware they over charge, hire rude kids and try to charge you again for somthing you already paid for. Oh and they was giving out tiny coffee cups like 22 oz as a large. read more

He said "we just wouldn't have ordered chocolate if it had no flavor, can we please switch?" And they again refused unless we purchased a different one. We also had brought it back in so they knew we weren't trying to be shady. I got a brown sugar milk tea and it tasted so watery. We also got a sparkling lychee drink and it had almost no ice and was bitter. It didn't really look like its picture either, not sure if they made it right. We got a sparkling mango drink and it was much nicer so 1/4 things was pleasant. Over all these 4 items were $32 before tax and tip and I'm so disappointed that they just do not care at all about customers satisfaction or making quality food and drinks at these prices.
