The pizza ala vodka rocks! Thin crispy crust and just the perfect sauce! Won't have it anywhere else. It's a little pricey but worth it. Anytime we order delivery and someone tries it for the first time, they invariably fall in love, too. I went here two days in a row =P First time I went during dinner. Four of us ladies shared a margherita pizza, a salad (with roasted peppers & fresh mozzarella), and the fried calamari. The pizza was the star of the show, but the other dishes were quite tasty too. I read another comment about how the calamari was a little rubbery and without much taste. I suppose one can make a case about this. It certainly wasn't anything to rave about, but if you're just looking for a good satisfying meal, I thought it did the job....keep in mind, I'm not very high maintenance...I just need it to taste good. Their complimentary bread basket is awesome. It comes with the softest and tastiest garlic knots and a partial loaf of soft and chewy bread. When i went in during lunch, a couple of coworkers ordered the chicken wrap lunch special. Unfortunately, they said the chicken was a little too dry and bland. If I could give this place zero stars for the castumer service I would. I never wrote a review for a restaurant in my life and a pretty much easy going person, but today got really insulted at this place. Today was actually my second bad experience with the place. The first time I disregarded and let it go. Today was the last drop. The first time I was at this place, kids had to wait for pizza over an hour, where all adult alaborate dishes were keep coming. We complained, but didn't get any "sorry " in return. Today we were party of 4. We placed an order at 8:50. It took a while for the first dishes to come out. My friends ordered some elaborate dishes. I ordered a personal pizza with garlic and onions. After an hour and 15 min of waiting, when my friends were already done with their appetizers and main dishes, I had to run to the manager and ask about my food. She said it was coming, while leasurly sipping wine. We were waiting a little bit longer, when I desired to cancel my order since it was too late to eat anyway, and all my friends were done with the food.nasnsoon as I cancelled my order, I got yelled at by the manager who was drinking the wine before, and then by the owner/ chef. The owner/ chef was extremely rude!!! Even though he himself had an foreign accent, he started instantly telling me how bad people from my country were and he knows exactly how they do their business. I have no idea what he meant, but it sounded very assoltiing. I was also told that I was very rude to the stuff!!! My words were " can I please cancel my order? I was waiting for my food for hour and a half and now it's too late to eat". I think the behavior of the stuff with the drunk manager is unexceptable! read more

Are you freaking kidding me, I've been going here for years, spreading word of mouth about how good the pizza is. In all my time going to this place I've had no issues, except today. The owner that created the menu, states that a margarita pizza is just fresh mozzarella cheese. His menu clearly states that there is mozzarella and BASIL. I obviously complained because in my years visit the establishment I've ALWAYS gotten basil on my pizza without a request. I placed my order and when I received it I was a little confused, asked why there wasn't basil on my pizza when it CLEARLY states that it is included. I ordered delivery because my knee is tweaked and I didn't want to drive. Ultimately I ended up driving because he refused to fix my order. So after calling back and forth a few times I decided to go into the store to show him his own menu. He got up from a table that he was sitting and chatting with people. He decided that it would be a great time to start shouting at a loyal customer at that. What should have been the simplest fix in the history of fixes. He decides that I'm an idiot because I know what I read " Pizza Margarita Fresh Mozzarella, Basil (taken from his menu)" is different than whats in his mind. He yells at me that I'm an idiot because I think his pre cooked breaded chicken which is added onto the pizza prior to cooking couldn't possibly burn. He then proceeds to take chicken off the pizza to eat it, while he continues talking he grabs the chicken from the prep area and decides to show me, what I've already seen multiple times from visiting his store. While he continues talking all I could see was the food that was spewing from his mouth. I paid $26.73 for my order a large margarita with chicken + garlic knots (which were also undercooked on the inside and burnt on the outside. he refunded only $18. This guy is crazy if he thinks that I'm going to want a pizza that he touched after he got up from a table, not knowing his is hands are even clean, and while there was food coming out of his mouth all over the pizza. There are usually two guys making pizza, this wasn't the shorter gray haired one, it was the taller darker haired guy. the shorter gray haired guy is really nice from all my interactions with him. I don't understand how he thinks they're going to stay in business when they treat people like this. This is just a completely ridiculous situation. This was my go to pizza spot for my family and friends, this is now someplace I will never step foot in again. All for a simple mistake that HE MADE and couldn't admit it was a mistake. All I asked was for him to fix this pizza, he refused to make me a new one with chicken and basil. He said he would take the pizza I brought in, something he touched with his hands and spewed food all over, add basil and rewarm. I think that is just crazy. read more

This place is great the chicken Marsala was delicious the waitress was friendly and attentive she made sure that my significant other got her food to her liking which she is very picky she had the chicken parmigiana which she has told me it's one of the best she's ever had would definitely go again read more

This place is great. Have always sat outside, and I recommend it. It feels very homey and like you are relaxing in your own back yard. The service is great, the food too. I had my daughters birthday party here. This is a hidden gem in Fort Lee. read more

I'm not a fan of thin crust pizza but this place is pretty good. Crispy, excellent sweet tomato sauce. Service can be a little weak, at least with take out (they're always talking it up with each other) and sometimes you feel like a fly on the wall. read more

I've ordered here a billion times and it seems like everyday its getting worse. the first time i tried lobster ravioli and the calamari, man they were amazing. Now it seems like either the food it getting spoiled when given to me or something is very wrong. The taste is completely gone, when i tried the lobster ravioli i had to throw it out as well as the calamari not being crispy anymore but being a soggy circle to be eaten. I don't want to give baggios a bad name but the reality is it is getting worse. I'm actually eating a buffalo pizza i ordered right now and the pizza tastes stale probably because the dough is old. Please do not give your customers old stale food, you are ruining it for me and everyone else who actually enjoyed this place when it first opened. read more

Traveling back from VA to CT and detoured in Fort Lee for dinner to bypass the rush traffic over the GW. Baggios was the first place we saw. Wanted to like it, a father and daughter run business....But it may have been the worst dining experience we have ever had. Personal pizza, pasta, eggplant hero and gnocci, all almost not edible. It was hands down the worst $70 I've ever spent. The gnocci definitely not homemade was rock hard, the eggplant tasted fishy and the pizza was so thin there were practically holes. Terrible. The waitress forgot our salad appetizer and the glassware smelled like dirty dishwater, do your self a favor and go to one of the plentiful Korean establishments instead I wish I did. read more

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Their pizza is decent at best and the service is just horrible! They yelled at us for not ordering enough food, even though we ordered something for each person in our party, and THEY EVEN INSULTED OUR KIDS (who were being well-behaved and not bothering anybody)!!!!! WHO DOES THAT? Based on many of the other reviews, terrible service and bad calamari seem to be something they're known for. Needless to say, I'm never going there again. It wasn't even the case that they weren't friendly to us; they were overtly mean and rude. This is a pizza joint, I'm not expecting exceptional service. Just don't be mean and DO NOT insult my kids. At one particular visit, we ordered a few slices--one for each person in our party. First of all, the waitress couldn't get our order correct. We had to correct her twice. Seriously, does she not know how to count? They didn't even offer us any water at the table until we asked. We asked for straws. There were 4 of us, and she gave us 2. Again with the counting. We asked for the check and they didn't even give us a check and was told to go pay at the counter. Are we, as customers, not even worth that little piece of paper? I had to repeat our order at the counter, which was kind of annoying. Lastly, they yell at us for not ordering enough food bc we ordered slices. By the way, the entire place was EMPTY when we walked in, so it wasn't like we were taking up space that could have been filled by someone else. The alternative to us sitting at that table was NOBODY sitting at that table. Why do they even offer slices if they only want you to order full pies? What kind of restaurant owner yells at their customers? Such a shame bc our kids liked going there for pizza. They just lost a LOT of repeat business. Oh, and don't get the arugula salad. I've never had a problem ordering here before and the food is fantastic HOWEVER today was a nightmare!!! I ended up saying "forget it" and ordering from somewhere else. Just last week, my husband spoke to a very nice man and ordered a chicken parm dinner with a side salad instead of the normal pasta or potato/veggie option for me - today I was told that's not "the policy" and if I wanted to forgo the pasta or potato/veggie option to get the side salad it would be $5 extra! Let me get this straight - giving up the side of pasta or potato & veggies and wanting lettuce with cucumbers and tomatoes costs $5 extra - that's ridiculous! I asked for manager, who was beyond rude & felt the need to tell me she's been there "11 years" well maybe it's time to quit because you're customer service skills, or rather lack there of, are the reason I won't be back - good job! If you have a policy either stick to it or honor it when your co-workers don't. read more

Our party of seven (two adults and 5 teens) walked into a nearly empty restaurant. We ordered three vegetarian dishes (2 eggplant parm, 1 pasta with sauce) and the rest with with seafood and chicken. After waiting 30 minutes, we asked our server if our dinner would arrive soon and were told that they were just finishing with the delivery orders and ours would be out shortly (unacceptable). We waited a total of 45 minutes for our dinner to arrive. Our dishes came out one at a time. Our vegetarian diners complained that their eggplant was tough. When I tasted it, I knew they had been served the wrong dish (it was veal parmesan, totally unacceptable). The owner was called to our table and was quite defensive when we complained. He stated, "If you tasted it, you would like it" . He offered to remove the eggplant parm from our bill and send over a free dessert. He never apologized. We then heard him scold our server but we viewed the original ticket which was correct. The error was with the kitchen. When our bill arrived , the eggplant dishes were indeed removed but we were charged twice for one of the chicken dishes. None of us finished our dinner and two had no dinner. A very bad experience all around. Needless to say, we won't return.. read more

Hard to believe I only visited here yesterday for the first time ever. Looking to grab a quick and simple lunch I proceeded to drive to Baggio's and give their well yelped about cuisine a try, and from beginning to the end of my visit, the job just got itself done right. The thin crust crispy pizza was so delicious! I also ordered the garlic knots and they were terrific! I sat in the dining room/restaurant section at a table closer to the back. Dark area but it did not matter, honestly. There was one table occupied to my right and everyone who was seated there appeared to be having a blast. Now it was my turn. The pizza has a unique flavor to it, and the cheese is thin, as is their crust and the sauce stands out as being promising. A light garlic taste can be experienced when chewing away on a slice. I really thought it played a good role here. The garlic knots came as an order of four and were warmed up as soon as I included them in my order. The owner here is very friendly and carries a good personality. He apoligized for not having any menus I could take home with me even and I just borrowed one off the counter to read through. That shows he cares about customers and wants to ensure you that you will be receiving great food. The pasta selections featured were fairly priced to a tad bit overpriced. There are a selection of different sauces to have on your pasta choie, however the pricing varies. I was in the restaurant for a lot longer than anticipated, and that was due to all the information I was taking in for future reference. The parking is along Main Street, there are meters so two quarters should be plenty. One waiter was present at the time of my visit and he handled his customers very well. He then took my plates away and threw them out for me which I did not mind doing myself, but again this is a rather friendly place. No doubting that. I looked at all the different pies on the counter behind the glass and all seemed to be appealing, so in the future perhaps I will sample one and yelp about it.
