She never rushed me, never made me feel like a burden, and walked me through everything with a smile. And let me say this: people underestimate the gift it takes to make a perfect sandwich. I watched her work, and the precision, care, and pride she put into every step was beautiful. She made my sandwich flawlessly. On top of that, she offered me a drink on the house -- a small gesture that meant a lot on my birthday. Michelle is the kind of employee who brings people back.
