Came here for a quick pop in breakfast and it was so good and quick! I tried few menu items and can't wait to come back and try more! Delicious!

Two versions of the Benny at an outdoor table - one with tomato and one with sausage
    Ellen O.

The Benny is one of the best bagel sandwiches in town! I always get mine on the Rosemary Sea Salt bagel and add sausage. If you like a sausage egg and cheese, you will love this version! There can be a bit of a wait on weekends, but the staff does a great job of processing the orders quickly and getting food out to everyone. Even when I have thought that the line looked really long, it has never been too bad! This is great place to meet up with friends for breakfast!

My Spicy Everything Bagel (untoasted) with Veggie Cream Cheese was so good!

The Bagels and Cream Cheeses here are delicious. Today was my first time here. I was intrigued by their "Spicy Everything Bagel," so I ordered one (not toasted) with Veggie Cream Cheese. It was delicious. The Spicy Everything Bagel here is not only a bit spicy, but the seasoning is on both the top and the bottom! And the Bagel has the right amount of snap and chew. Pairing the Spicy Everything with the Veggie Cream Cheese made me super happy. The staff were friendly and the latte I ordered was very good. There is a good amount of indoor seating and the entire restaurant vibe is casual. Their pastries also looked really good. I will definitely return soon and I highly recommend the Bagelshop in Donelson.

Turkey Club is my favorite bagel there! This was the perfect amount for an early lunch. Did online pickup, super easy. Staff is always great.

Amazing bagels! They are soft and chewy, everything you'd hope for in a bagel. I can't wait to go back and try more. The coffee was outstanding, I really like the bean blend they use. They have plenty of inside seating and a nice shaded patio area outside to enjoy when the weather is nice. I got The New Yorker on everything bagel with the feta and garlic schmear. I have no notes, I'm now obsessed with Bagelshop. You don't wanna miss this place.

I been following their story on Instagram - and unsuccessfully tried to visit one of their pop up shop locations. Then I visited their downtown location and fell in love with their bagels. I'm glad they now have a larger store front in Donelson. Had an amazing breakfast sandwich and iced coffee that was reminiscent of new York bagels!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

The perfect neighborhood bagel shop! If you are from up North like me and are picky about your bagels, Bagelshop won't let you down. Their bagels are solid, and their rotation of fun flavors and shmears keep it fresh. We are always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation when we come here, too. Make a day of it by stopping by the Donelson Library, going for a walk at Two Rivers Park, or shopping at Rick's Comics or the Game Cave!

They have really yummy bagels with lox. I loved the coffee here. I am a foodie just traveling through Nashville to visit some friends and had to try a local bagel spot in their Neighborhood.. as a New England girlie who loves bagels-- I could see myself living here knowing there is a delicious bagel spot close by! Woohoo

I came here after recommendation by a friend. The shop is kind of hidden in the ground floor of the new apartment building that was built, across from the new Red Door. I visited on a Sunday at mid day so it was fairly busy, but I managed to find a spot to park. The inside is cozy and warm, with very nice windows allowing welcoming sunlight in. I stood in line, and grabbed a paper menu. I was in the mood for a breakfast sandwich. It was kind of hard to choose but I chose "the boss", and told them to substitute bacon in lieu of pork roll. At a later date I may want to try that but for now, I wanted to try the classic NYC BEC bagel. I got it on an everything bagel. They gave me a number and I took a seat. The food was delivered to my table and it did look good. I noticed they did put ketchup on it and it seems they may have been a little heavy handed with the ketchup but I got plenty of napkins so it wasn't a problem. Again I wanted a BEC (bacon egg cheese). The taste was very good, the egg was a scrambled egg and went well with the sandwich. I scarfed it down and enjoyed complimentary water that was available. Since it was so busy, I didn't linger. I would like to come back and try their other sandwiches, but also I would be interested in trying their other bagel types too.

fresh & unique bagels daily! Coffees are delish and service is fast ! They are always coming up with the most fun combinations. Once a month they host a quiet book club where you can order mocktails/coffee and small bites. Super heartwarming and such a good time. Great way to meet likeminded people & enjoy some good food !

Located under The Flats apartments in Donelson Plaza next to the Dollar Tree. Good food and coffee, great music and good aesthetic. I was dissatisfied with my cappuccino , tasted very bitter and burnt. They were nice enough to replace it with a hot latte. Great service!

This bagel shop is an absolute gem! The bagels are fresh, perfectly chewy, and delicious every single time. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Their coffee is also really solid and offer seasonal drinks. The atmosphere is great whether you're looking for a cozy spot to get some work done or just want to meet up with a friend and catch up. It's comfortable, inviting, and never feels rushed. One of the coolest things is that they also partner with the library to offer bagel-making classes. such a fun and unique touch that really shows how much they care about the community. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves good bagels and good vibes!

This is my go-to Saturday 7 am bagel pickup. I actually set the alarm I love this weekend routine in our neighborhood so much. I'm always met with hospitality in a smart vibe where I'm offered great food. And yeah, the bagels are chewy--they're adapted from the Montreal style to this market. Don't like it? Ok, then, find what works for you. But don't two-star troll on local businesses simply because they don't cater to your highly particular and refined taste. Drive-by Yelping isn't cool.

I've genuinely never had anything like them before. My husband called them "cinnabon on steroids" The pastry was light, warm, airy, and perfectly soft. Then the gooey pecan topping was sooo good, and the cream cheese icing on the side tied everything together perfectly. Absolute chef's kiss. Honestly, order this when you come here.

I tried to swing by around ten minutes to noon, but it was a disaster. There were heaps of people waiting outside, and it didn't look promising. I went to the hostess stand and asked the guy if I could get a table for one, and he said, "Oh, you can sit at the bar; it's open seating. There's one open seat right there!" So, I walked through and was approached by another worker who asked me what I was doing. I told her the guy said I could sit at the bar, and there was an open seat, even though I never saw one. I did see open seats outside at the bar, though. The bar has two sides, one outside and one inside. It seemed alright; it wasn't too hot or humid, so I went. There were dirty dishes all over the place, and I sat down. Another worker asked me, "Are these dishes yours?" Which seemed a bit strange because the guy works the bar and wouldn't he have known the person sitting there before me left them? Anyway, I said no, and he cleared them. I then waited about 5 minutes before another worker skillfully wiped the bar of debris and then got three menus and three sets of silverware (two more guys sat down next to me) and asked me if I wanted water. I said, "Yes, please." She went off, and then shortly after, I saw the same guy come with a menu and a set of silverware and a water. Thumbs up for the water but thumb down for the slowness. I saw the menu and was torn between pancakes and biscuits. I didn't really want anything heavy, so I got the biscuits and gravy but added an egg. I also got a coffee. The wait time for the food was super quick, and the food was really good. The biscuits are small, and they're okay. The egg was good, but it's kinda hard to mess up an egg. I saw the food the people sitting next to me got, and it looked amazing! Pancakes, etc. Overall, the service was pretty bad, but the food was good. I saw no sense of urgency in the workers when they were obviously swamped. I might come when it's not so busy next time. Side note, maybe I'm showing my age, but the price of regular drip coffee was a bit steep. ($4).

But, their cinnamon pancakes were amazing!! Those were definitely the winner!!! Best pancakes I've ever had. Their three pig omelette was pretty bomb as well. I got some of their sausage gravy on the side, to douse the omelette and that was definitely the move there. I think this is the first time I didn't need to use cholula for flavoring. The location is centralized, set up nicely, with huge open indoor space with plenty of seating outside. The service was great as well. Attentive and fast. We were seated in less than 10 minutes even though the place was packed. And this was around 11 AM on a Tuesday, so I can only imagine how busy weekends get. The service here was honestly the highlight of the whole experience. Our waitress was SO friendly, funny, and genuinely welcoming. One of those people who instantly makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. You can tell the staff here knows how to handle a busy restaurant while still making customers feel special. I ordered the veggie omelette with blueberry pancakes, and my boyfriend got the Three Little Pigs omelette with a banana pancake. We also ordered coffee to go with everything and wow... such a comforting, satisfying breakfast. The blueberry pancakes were fluffy, buttery, and filled with sweet blueberries in every bite, while the banana pancake had that perfect caramelized banana flavor that tasted homemade in the best way possible. And PLEASE do yourself a favor and try the cinnamon syrup with the pancakes. It was insanely good and honestly took the pancakes to another level. Sweet, warm, buttery, with the perfect cinnamon flavor... I could probably drink that syrup by itself. What impressed me most is that despite how full the restaurant was, our food came out in less than 20 minutes. Everything felt efficient without ever feeling rushed. This is one of those places where yes, the food is really good, but what truly makes you want to come back is the service and atmosphere. Overall I loved the entire experience, and the next time I come back to Nashville, I already know I'll be returning here.
