Chicken artichoke panini on cranberry pecan bread
Wayne M.

This place had been a panini shop three times already. Every time I go I do enjoy myself. The panini selection is good and the variety of times are nice. I had the chicken artichoke and it was very well made. The pastries are good as well. There is a recycling of the menu, each new place has the same thing, but the people working act like they don't know what I'm talking about

I love this place - if you want to support local businesses and enjoy cafe type food (sandwiches, coffee and tea), then you should absolutely come here. The Lox panini is absolutely delicious and I get it every time I visit. The family that owns the place is friendly and nice. The place has a cute coffee shop vibe and is easily accessible off the interstate.

Delicious coffee, great service, and awesome food! Breakfast is served all day. There is a wide variety of drinks from coffee to fruit juices. Highly recommend!

Great new coffee and sandwich shop. Try the beef and blue panini. Update: Went back and tried the asian style chicken salad, huge portion and really tasty! Cant wait to try more of the menu.

The service is amazing here. The staff really aims to please their customers. I had the most amazing Chicken Chipotle Wrap! The coffee shop is clean and so are the bathrooms. If I lived in town I would frequent the establishment.

The Kiev cake was so amazing! The coffee was great, loved the smoothie and the turkey and avocado panini was so flavorful. Loved our visit!

The staff is always friendly, the patio is comfy on a nice morning and the food is delicious. They have several gluten-free options for those who need that. The coffee was okay but the prickly pear sparkling limeade was horrendous and went straight down the drain. The avocado toast was fine and the gf bread was not too dry to hold together. We also tried lox but they really do need to look into getting gf bagels. The lox on the gf bread didn't really work because they really skimped on the cream cheese. Like I mean a pitiful amount for 2 big thick pieces of gf bread. Also, we just finished eating and belly rumblings are already happening so the food may or may not have been cross-contaminated with gluten. We know this is a risk whenever we go out to eat but this is important for celiacs to know. Do I think we'd go again? No, its not worth the drive or the price.

On nice days, the patio is the place to be, The build your own galettes are the move here. Really solid, and the fact that you can customize them makes it even better. I tend to order the galette with prosciutto, leeks, white cheddar, and eggs. The lattes and matcha are so tasty and I appreciate that they don't charge extra for non-dairy alternative milk. Staff is generally friendly and the whole vibe is warm and welcoming, though service can be a little inconsistent depending on the visit. This has been a frequent spot of mine to catch up with friends or whenever I feel like being in France for the morning/afternoon. I'll be back!

We got a couple drinks (I forgot to take a picture) as well as a warmed cookie. Staff were friendly and personable! It was really nice in comparison all of the snow and ice we had just gotten. The only thing I'll note is that it has very limited seating and parking was not the best. Parking was kind of typical for the area, but there are maybe 8-10 spots and basically no standing/waiting area. Despite that, it's got some interesting spots right next door (I think one was a library/bookstore). I could see it being a little afternoon adventure.

All these healthy people make me embarrassed as to what I've done to my body over the past 60+ years. My daughter says that it's never too late to turn it around. But like an oil tanker plowing through the ocean waves, that turn is going to take awhile. The first bend in that turn came in the form of Ginger tofu on a bed of kale and brown rice. Boy is that stuff ever good! Fresh, and if I'm at liberty to say, healthy. So I'll be crossing the threshold of Sunflower in the future. I'll get what my daughter had. Beats me as to what it was. She raved about it, so whatever she had, it'll be in front of me soon. Quick Tip: Look out for the cat.

The Sweet Potato Casserole was disappointingly bland. It lacked both flavor and sweetness, unfortunately. The Collard Greens were actually very good! From what I tasted at the cafe, these were the best. The cafe itself has a very welcoming aesthetic. There was a man who welcomed me as soon as I entered. He was very nice and helpful. There was a salt and pepper haired woman who had an extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude. I even asked a question and she ignored me. So believe those reviewers who speak on this. There's a large covered patio in the front of the restaurant, regular inside seating, and a smaller uncovered patio in the rear. I was really hoping to have a better experience here. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things, but nothing made me want to give them another chance.

They have limited seating and not many areas to plug in devices. I'd suggest coming with a full battery prior to diving into work. I had a lemon blueberry muffin and the Son of a Nutcracker drink. The space is a little narrow but gorgeous, with lots of nice natural-feeling light and an open and airy feel. You can see into the bakery and there's a nice display with all the available pastries. Cute merchandise adorns a few racks and shelves (it took a lot of self control to not buy a sweatshirt!). The way the line works conflicts a little bit with the entrance but it moved quickly enough to not be a problem. We got a tahini brownie, an espresso chocolate chip cookie, and a coconut and orange scone. Of course, they also sell beautiful breads and some small meal options like paninis and granola bowls. It all looked delightful. Service was very pleasant and patient. The lady in line ahead of me wasn't being very kind to the workers and speaking to them in a very demanding tone, and they handled her with grace and professionalism. They were also working cohesively as a team to ensure quick service. All our treats were yummy. My surprise favorite was probably the coconut and orange scone. The glaze on top was sweet and pleasantly crackle-y and the flavors were balanced and paired perfectly together. The espresso cookie was also balanced and super yummy; espresso and chocolate go together for a reason! The tahini brownie was fun to try and wildly gooey/rich as promised by the addition of the tahini, almost too much so for my preferences. It is SO fudgy, lol. Definitely very pleased with the whole experience. Give them a try if you're nearby!
