Employees here are so rude! I came in a few days ago and was given the worst attitude by the girl at the counter. Made my sandwich wrong and when I asked for it to be remade she rolled her eyes at me because I came in ten minutes before closing. I tried to get someone else's attention but I didn't see anyone else in the front besides her and there were at least 3 other people waiting in line behind me. Clearly management isn't doing their job well enough if they are letting their employees act like this towards their customers. Seems like no one wants to do their job here. Absolutely disgusting! I'd suggest going somewhere else. There's 3 other bagel shops down the road so I won't have a hard time doing that from now on! read more

Literally came in just to get a bagel with cream cheese since the line at Dunkin was so long. Came here on Friday with my husband at around 5:45 just to get something quick before work. I had one bite of mine and saw there was a long curly piece of hair. Why is it so difficult to just wear a hairnet. 1/5 I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees--a Black woman. Unfortunately, her customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had a very unpleasant attitude and made the interaction uncomfortable from the moment I approached the counter. Went there on Saturday morning for a bacon and egg no cheese. The girl at the counter rolled her eyes the minute I said no cheese which I can't have. Then made me wait 20 minutes for it and there was still cheese on it. I asked her to re make it for me and she gave it back to me in a rude way. Fake bacon[microwave bacon crisped up on grill] not worth it. You're better off traveling a mile or two up route 6 to Fancy Bagel. They have real bacon on their BLT and their bagels are a bit heartier and worth your precious coins. Will never be back. I believe they are a completely, if not predominantly, sourdough based bakery. So my sandwich, the Blue House, had egg, white cheddar, heirloom tomato, greens, and herb aioli. It was an incredible flavor. My mind really was blown. Everyone working was cheerful, warm, and friendly. It was a wonderful environment, and from what I had seen on social media it seems like it's always that way and I great place to be with passionate people behind it.
