They use a generous amount of ceremonial grade matcha powder and the syrups are homemade without being overly sweet. It actually tastes like matcha & isn't full of filler ingredients. I've also had the French press coffee & an Americano which were both solid. I'll have to try a latte next time. The food is incredible as well. Ive had their cacio e Pepe scrambled eggs that was a special and my go to lately has been the daily quiche. They both came with a house salad & the eggs were perfectly cooked & seasoned. If you like freshly cooked & good quality dishes, this is your spot. They have lighter items & comforting foods without making you feel overly stuffed.
