Also my wife doesn't eat carbs, but love is an amazing thing. Now that I've gotten the obligatory "internet recipe intro" out of the way, this place is awesome. If I lived on the island, I'd absolutely be coming back more often. The bagels aren't traditional New York or Montreal style, but boiled all the same which gives them the perfect crispy exterior and dense yet fluffy interior. I picked up a half dozen to go and froze them, and they're still better than the dross you get at the supermarket.

The garlic bagel is made to only be toasted with butter, but sometimes I make a breakfast sandwich with them.
