Rolls run out quickly. They could use more meat on their sandwich's it's a bit expensive for what you get. Lines moves quickly.

Bagel bin is hands down the best bagel in the Charlotte area. There is always a line but it moves quick, can call ahead or place your order there. Very nice people, quick service, amazing bagels and bagel sandwiches.

Sooooo good! My husband stopped by when they were SUPER busy and felt a bit overwhelmed since they move fast. We went again for lunch the other day and it was much slower so I could take my time to look at the menu. We paid $12 or so for a bagel sandwich but I will say they were HUGE and came with a pickle. Sun dried tomato cream cheese was delicious. My favorite bagel to date is the lox!

This place has the best bagels and great sandwiches. It seems to be family owned and a locals favorite

Delicious bagel. Disgusting egg. Cannot understand how these southern bagel shops charge so much for an egg and cheese sandwich and just serve the most disgusting old microwave egg. Just cook the egg yourself. How can any of these places be considered a bagel place if you're not willing to cook a an egg yourself

I really like this bagel shop! Their bagels are freshly made, taste great, and come with delicious cream cheese options. They have a special where you can get a bagel with cream cheese and a small coffee for like $5, it's a great value! The coffee can be hit or miss depending on the day, but I don't really mind. They do offer a large selection of other food items for lunch, but I just go for the bagels. The staff are good for the most part, they do get really busy on the weekends so they have to work a bit faster and sometimes make small mistakes. There is some seating, but not a whole lot, many people just take their food to go. I think the fact that this place is jam packed on weekends even though a Panera is just around the corner says a lot about how great Bagel Bin's bagels are!

Best bagels in town. Closes at 2:00pm seems early to me but it's worth it to get there early.

Bagels are decent, not quite east coast but decent. Service is average. Some days they look at you. ‍

Maddox a friendly, outgoing team member assisted us with our coffee, latte, campfire mocha, turkey provolone Asiago bagel and scone order. They hustled behind the counter with a few take away orders and still managed to have all of our items ready quickly. Everything was delicious. We are now well caffinated to finish our day. Enjoy!

They also put a chocolate covered roasted espresso bean (CCREB) on the little indention on the lid in case you need MORE coffee and chocolate! (and who doesn't). This location seemed new. It had a front entrance but at this location, most people enter in the rear. That's where the parking lot is located. The rear entrance is smaller and harder to see as it's a narrow corridor to get in. It gets lost with the other entrances and stairs. Once inside, it's easy to walk to the front to order or pick up your mobile order. They have some comfy looking seating and there were a bunch of others working and meeting there. All I get at this chain is hot mochas, so I can't comment on anything else. But I'd imagine the other stuff is good.

My wife and I recently stopped at this French bakery, originally intending to grab a pastry and go…read more Once we saw so many people sitting down to eat, we decided to stay and make a meal of it. The staff was very friendly, and everything in the pastry case looked amazing. Unfortunately, the dining area was somewhat dirty and disorganized. I realize that was probably a combination of customers not cleaning up after themselves and the staff being too busy to keep pace, but there was food smeared in several places, and we had to do quite a bit of cleaning before we could settle in. We really wanted to love this place, but we left disappointed overall. My croque monsieur was the clear standout--a genuine 10 out of 10. It was absolute perfection. Unfortunately, my wife's classic ham-and-cheese baguette was the exact opposite. The ham and cheese were excellent, but the baguette was blackened on the bottom and so tough that she couldn't bite through it. She eventually gave up and ate only the meat and cheese. A baguette should have a satisfying chew and a good crust, but it shouldn't require a battle. When you visit a French bakery, freshly baked bread should be one of the highlights. The turkey salad side was also unappealing. It contained a seasoning neither of us cared for, and the overall dish felt greasy and heavy. It needed some fruit, nuts, or another bright element to provide contrast and balance. The tomato soup served with my sandwich was perfectly decent, but it wasn't noticeably better than a good premade soup from the grocery store. We also tried a pear pastry, chocolate chip cookies, and another pastry roll. Nothing was bad, but nothing was particularly memorable, either. Everything was simply okay. We would be willing to give the bakery another chance and sample some different pastries. The bread used for my croque monsieur was outstanding, so I would gladly return for a loaf of that if it's available to purchase. Overall, however, the experience was good rather than memorable, and we don't feel any urgency to return. To those about to nosh, we salute you--and hope you don't break your jaw on an overcooked baguette!
