Even though we live in Castro Valley, we try to find time to go to Iron Warehouse because it's worth it for the community. A trainer asked us to swipe in separately, assuming we were trying to share a membership. The way we were approached didn't feel very welcoming or respectful. It's also frustrating to see the owners opening a new Pilates studio while this location still needs updates. And honestly, for a women's-only gym, it's surprising there's no childcare option. I think that would make a big difference for many members. I prepaid for an annual membership and honestly unsure if I will renew when the time comes.
