I've been going to Elite Performance Gym for a while now, and what keeps me coming back is how they consistently keep things fresh. Their bootcamp classes are kept fresh by changing the exercise mix. They also add so many dynamic options. The Run Club is an awesome way to get outside and push your pace, and they regularly host various challenges that keep you motivated and accountable. Disappointing Membership Experience - Lack of Transparency and Consistency I joined this gym in May 2026 on a three-month membership that cost $600 and my membership ended in August 2026. Before going on vacation, I informed the gym about my plans and intended to rejoin once I returned. However, while I was away, I kept receiving calls urging me to sign up by a certain date or risk losing my "grandfathered rate." When I questioned this, I was surprised to learn that the membership price for new members had increased from $600 to $810 in such a short period. That is a substantial price increase, and I found it difficult to understand how the gym could justify such a jump. I also have concerns about the actual class experience. Although the classes are advertised as one hour long, the actual workout is 35-40 plus 5 minutes of changing stations in between the workouts. For the price being charged, I expect the advertised class duration to more accurately reflect the actual workout time. One experience that particularly disappointed me involved parking issues. When members were having difficulty finding parking between classes, instead of maintaining a reasonable gap between sessions to allow people time to park, the gym made the 10-minute stretching block optional which indirectly pressured people to leave class early . In my opinion, stretching should be an integral part of a well-structured workout, not something sacrificed to accommodate scheduling and parking problems. Another concern is the lack of consistency in how services are priced and offered. When I initially joined, I was offered a diet consultation and told that it would cost extra. However, I later learned that the same consultation was offered to my friend for free. This made me question whether members are receiving equal treatment and whether there is a clear, standardized pricing structure for additional services. The lack of transparency makes it difficult to know what you are actually paying for. I am also concerned about the frequent turnover among trainers. Trainers seem to come and go, making it difficult to build consistency and trust in the training experience. Overall, I feel the gym places too much emphasis on revenue and membership pressure rather than member satisfaction. The repeated calls about the grandfathered rate, the significant price increase, the discrepancy between advertised and actual workout time, the handling of parking issues, and the inconsistent pricing of additional services have all contributed to a disappointing experience. I believe a gym should prioritize transparency, fair treatment, consistency, and genuine value for its members. Unfortunately, my experience has not reflected those expectations. read more

I've been training with Coach Henry at Elite Performance Gym for more than 2 months now, and it's been amazing. I came in after injuries and a long stretch of not being active. Henry took the time to understand my concerns and goals before building a program to help me work toward them. He's very knowledgeable about how the body moves and how different muscles should engage. He'll break things down into small, clear steps so you can build up to the correct movement as you get more comfortable. His attention to detail and insistence on the right form and technique are huge because they keep you safe and help you get the most out of every workout. Had a great time at Elite Performance's Group Training class. It can be kind of intimidating visiting a new gym, but check in was simple and the staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. The class makes the most of the equipment available- racks and barbells, landmines, TRX free weights, kettlebells and cardio machines. The coaches walked up and down the room checking in on participants, encouraging and assisting them with the exercises as needed. By far the best personal training I've ever had. Coach Adrian goes so above and beyond: - Creates a personalized workout schedule that includes sessions in the Elite gym and out. He does way more than just figure out sets/reps/weights; he makes adjustments to work around (and help rehab) injuries, imbalances, and weird body geometry. - Texts me throughout the week to check in, reminds me of things we've discussed on nutrition, daily habits. - Is flexible and understanding when I have to adjust my schedule due to work or kids. - Is just a great dude I'm excited to see each week. I have been part of various gyms over the last 15 years ( Crossfit, OrangeTheory etc). I was looking for a gym that could still motivate , push and encourage me to improve in my fitness journey. In addition I was trying to find a balance between weightlifting and cardio. Elite checks all those boxes. I have been part of this gym close to a year now. Liz and Kevin have built a great community at Elite. They are actively involved with the gym. The coaches put in the effort to make you understand the movements, correct your form and encourage you to push yourself within your limits. Every coach is different and have a certain style in their coaching. It will take you a few classes to figure that out. Regarding the classes - They are usually 50 mins with different stations within a given class. Depending on the day of the week ( upper, lower or functional movements), the workouts could be body movements , dumbells, Olympic lifting , run, bike etc. Usually its 8-10 mins per station. You definitely get a good workout and it also depends on how hard do you push during the workout. One feedback that I have provided them and something they are working on is to add more classes. I would highly recommend going to Elite Performance Gym to start on your fitness journey! After being a member for almost a year now, I can say that getting started and staying consistent will definitely help you along the way! The environment is beginner friendly, with encouragement to move up in weight training/lifting if they feel that you are ready. What makes this gym unique is that you get coaching/demos of how to correctly perform each lift/exercise with help if needed from the coaches during group classes. Just wanted to share an update on my last review - I have now taken close to 500 classes at Elite and it has become a routine to show up and workout at least 5x a week. The classes continue to be awesome and there is something new or different each day that you never get bored! I've always struggled to motivate myself to find time to workout - which is why Treadmills or bikes that I've bought in the past or other regular gym memberships never got used regularly. But with Elite, since you know the classes are at a fixed time, you make it part of your schedule and show up. And once you are there, you feel challenged and you burn 500-600 calories every class (more or less depending on how hard you push yourself). I've also participated in three 6-week challenges since Jan 2023. These challenges really helped me focus on my diet in addition to workouts and I've seen big drop in my body fat percentage over the year (from 23.5% BF to 13.3% BF) and I've lost ~17 lbs of body fat mass, which is huge! I really can't thank Elite coaches enough for their constant motivation and push. read more

This review is long over due but I would highly recommend this gym . After relocating to the Fremont area a few years ago and having a new job I needed a Group Class to get me right back on track. After trying a few other gyms in the area Elite was the one I stuck with for a couple of reasons 1. The variety of class times I can attend throughout the day made it easier for me to pick a time I can attend based on my schedule 2. The energy is fire!!!! They really try to make the classes fun. All the coaches and members alike will motivate you to push harder while having fun during your work outs 3. Even in a group setting the coaches are attentive to your needs/modifications if needed 4. The owners/staff are super helpful if you have any questions/concerns and even follow up on you and ask how they can better help/accommodate your needs as well as provide accountability in your progress. Personal Training I eventually transitioned to PT with Coach Bryant and would highly recommend. 1. Coach B is very passionate in his coaching and it shows. He really pays attention to your strengths and weakness so he can create a challenging program to reach your goals. 2. Ever since I started coming to Elite Performance I can notice a big difference in my strength that i thought i was not capable off. The jam of the gym really keeps me on my feet because i need good music to workout with and not going to lie sometimes i be mumbling the words of the song as I do the workout hoping I'm not to loud. I LOVE that there is a free In Body scan machine members can use at any time. You are able to see whether you are losing body fat and gaining muscle to measure the hard work you're putting in and track your progress. The gym feels like family and everyone is super nice - from the coaches to the front desk and other gym members. People know you by your name and from day one they welcome you and make sure you are getting what you need from the classes. The staff check up on you through texts and offer free coaching calls too which is awesome for the 1:1 help to make sure you're on track to hitting your goals. Here are some of the many reasons why Elite Performance Gym works for me and why I enjoy going so much: - Flexible workout times - If you are unable to make the class you signed up for, you can attend class any other time during the day and there is no charge. Great for busy individuals and when unexpected things come up. - Group bootcamp classes - I personally like this style since it keeps me motivated to work out with my peers who are also struggling and pushing themselves and to make sure I'm keeping up. Each class is well structured and target specific areas each day (Mon - Arms, Tues - Lower Body, Wed - Conditioning, Thurs - Arms, Fri - Lower Body, Sat - Conditioning). -Coaches know each member by their name and keep track of your progress. They are there to support you when you need help and have questions but don't get in your way if you prefer to be left alone. They also correct your form which I really like since not all gyms or instructors take the time to do that. The coaches here want to see everyone succeed and grow in their fitness journey which really shines through in each class! -Music is bangin'! I love their EDM remixes and their music always keeps me pushing hard. -Nutrition classes and six week challenges - I originally started when they kicked off a Six Week Challenge which was great for me since it jumpstarted me starting to work out again. If you are serious about learning how proper nutrition + movement will help you lose body fat, the gym has some great resources and is always trying to help it's members learn more. Since Pandemic and I have been lacking motivation to go back to working out specially in a regular gym, and of course just been gaining weight.
