I called for an inspection, the gentleman I spoke to was polite and set an appointment for a week later. The inspector showed up on time and crawled under the house for awhile. When he came out he said there was a small area with subterranean and another small area with dry wood termites. He said he'd send over a report within 24 hours with the recommended treatments. The report never showed up (that was a week ago). I had two other inspections by companies that did a FULL inspection - inside, outside, attic & crawlspace. They said the damage was from a previous infestation but there were no current termite issues. Maybe you'll have great luck with them but my experience was not impressive, I would not recommend them. read more

I initially set up the inspection with the owner Daniel who was so amiable & helpful. Josh performed a thorough inspection & was exceptionally detailed, communicative, professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. I am SO relieved to know i have a through company who is going to take care of my termite situation CORRECTLY the FIRST TIME! Thank you Bad Termite, and THANK YOU JOSH! read more

When a real estate seller says that the "termite company" was great, after they gave them the quote and did the work, It means a lot. We have had several sellers go to other contractors to get the "termite company" work bidded, only to find out they(bad termite) had the lower estimate. And that estimate was from the same company that was able to do and certify the work.(bad termite) It sure makes it easy when it comes to recommending a service provider, when they do such an excellent job. Thanks to the staff at Bad Termite, they are great to work with no doubt... read more
