I called for an inspection, the gentleman I spoke to was polite and set an appointment for a week later. The inspector showed up on time and crawled under the house for awhile. When he came out he said there was a small area with subterranean and another small area with dry wood termites. He said he'd send over a report within 24 hours with the recommended treatments. The report never showed up (that was a week ago). I had two other inspections by companies that did a FULL inspection - inside, outside, attic & crawlspace. They said the damage was from a previous infestation but there were no current termite issues. Maybe you'll have great luck with them but my experience was not impressive, I would not recommend them. read more
