It seemed that they were having people pay by credit card today so it was either cash or ordering online. Opted to order online just to dine in. Got the half order fried chicken and a honey butter chicken for the first time (take home) I love Korean fried chicken and Vons chicken was what I expected. The honey butter chicken was good and tasted like candy. Might be a bit too sweet for me but worth trying it. Service for dine in was great. They gave me a carafe with water and a stainless steel cup. Overall, worth the visit for a family owned restaurant

Honestly, I never step foot into their restaurant but had mines since my parents ordered a take out and come back home to eat their chicken. It's my first time stepping in as of today. The interior looks alright. It's just mediocre but at least they have pictures hanging on the wall. It's not really a best place to really dine in unless you're into quiet places. I ordered lunch combo with Soy & Garlic boneless chickens with rice. I had no idea what that fruit was but it was colored light purple. They put the rice and chicken into one small container and the rice was sticky. The good news is that the chicken tastes really good. They really did put much effort into adding flavors to the chicken. I also like the fruit too. It came with a very small container and went with that first since I wanted to finish vegetables and fruits first. The food is good but I don't think it's worth dining in especially if you're into atmospheres. Yeah, I'll try and order like a shareable versions of those chickens if I come back.

The restroom was dirty and had no toilet paper and the restaurant itself was not clean either. The chicken was dry, the burger had no sauce, the loaded fries were the least loaded fries I've ever had and it costed 40$. I wish I can go back in time to never visit this place, feel free come if you want to waste your money and have a terrible experience.

Serious Food Safety Concern…read more I'm extremely concerned after finding a piece of metal inside my toddler's chicken wing from this restaurant. Thankfully, I noticed it before he bit into it or swallowed it, because something like this could have caused a serious injury, choking, or even worse. We get food from here all the time, so this is not me trying to ruin the business or leave a negative review out of spite. I genuinely want the restaurant to be more aware and careful with its food handling and preparation because this could have ended very differently if I hadn't noticed the metal. I would have preferred to contact the restaurant privately first, but unfortunately, I could not find any way online to reach out to them directly regarding a food safety concern. Because of that, I felt I had no choice but to post this on Yelp. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and reviews its food preparation and handling procedures to make sure something like this does not happen to another family. When we order food for our children, we trust that it is safe to eat, and finding a piece of metal in their food is extremely alarming.

I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. The cashier told me it'll be a 10 minute wait so I went outside to wait. The cashier was really sweet, she came to look for me when the sandwich was done. The chicken was fresh, it was piping hot when I got it. The sandwich also had some iceberg lettuce and some sauce on it. Unfortunately the chicken was really stringy, probably overcooked, and the iceberg lettuce was kind of bitter. The chicken was rubbery, so it was hard to eat. If I'm in the area again I might order something else to give them a try again! I liked the cashier, she was nice.

But I was in the mood for something different and particularly remember how much I enjoyed the garlic parmesan flavor at Wingstop before. So I ended up here this past Sunday. My order was ready in 13 minutes as quoted online. The place was clean and inviting with plenty of seating available and a coca cola freestyle machine which I love for customized sodas. Service was standard and sufficient with the employee handing me my takeout bag without any issues. I got an order of 15 classic style, selecting 8 garlic parmesan and 7 mild buffalo wings. And a couple sides of ranch, which are quite large in size, not those itsy bitsy 2oz cups other places give. The chicken wings were large with a lot of meat on the bone, and nice & juicy. The mild wings were tasty, doused in plenty of buffalo sauce which puddled at the bottom, so I could dip for more flavor. The garlic parmesan wings were okay, but not as good as I remember, especially with the parmesan lacking. It's like they sprinkled the parmesan on a couple pieces on top and neglected the others. It was still a filling meal nonetheless, and the 15-piece a good size for two people or leftovers.

I told them that they already said the same thing 30 minutes earlier, and they apologized. So I waited for another 30 minutes and my order finally came out. The food was cold and disappointing. The fries were soggy and the wings and tenders were strangely sour. Definitely one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a food establishment.

They almost never answer the phone so it's best to just go in person and order for pick up. Just expect to wait a bit if you're going during the busier times of the days that they're open. It had been about a year since I last visited, and I was glad to see that prices hadn't changed at all. The highlight here for me has always been their lumpia--or at least, it used to be. It was once fried to golden perfection, with just the right amount of loose wrapper that gave extra-crispy edges (if you know, you know). Looking back at older photos, the lumpia had a noticeably deeper golden-brown hue compared to the lighter version I received this time, as well as seemed a bit longer in size. This made me sad; but it was still good, just no longer exceptional. In addition, the broasted chicken has always been just decent; the skin is great but the meat on the inside is always a bit dry and definitely requires some gravy or sauce to dip it in. Despite the lumpia switch-up, prices are still unbeatable for the bay, so I'd come back. I did notice that they seemed to have a new cook in the back, so here's to hoping that next time, the lumpia reverts back to the way it was!
