Unfortunately, the experience went downhill quickly from the moment I walked in. When I entered, there was no one at the front counter, so I waited a few seconds and looked around. Eventually, a lady came out from the back. I politely asked if they were open since it seemed empty, and she replied, "Is the door open?" -- in a snippy, sarcastic tone. Not the warmest start. As I tried to place my order, she cut me off mid-sentence and said, "All the prices are on the board." I'm not sure if she thought I was questioning prices or couldn't afford it, but it came off rude and dismissive. I decided to just order and leave at that point. The first two cookies I asked for were unavailable because they were out of the keto icing, so I told her to just give me any four keto cookies that were available. I asked about the keto bazookie, and she said it had to be ordered 15 minutes in advance -- fair enough. I decided to skip it and left with my cookies. Now, for the food review: * Chocolate Chip (Keto): 8/10 - Easily the best one. Soft, rich, and satisfying for a keto treat. I'd recommend this one. * Peanut Butter (Keto): 3/10 - Way too much peanut butter; I had to chase it down with water. * Sugar Cookie (Keto): 2/10 - Overly sweet and tasted like it was rolled in stevia or another artificial sweetener. * Double Chocolate Chip (Keto): 7/10 - Pretty good flavor and texture, no complaints. * Crème Brûlée (Keto) - Couldn't really judge since it was missing the icing/topping. My friend ordered from the regular (non-keto) menu and had mixed feelings: * Walnut Chocolate Chip: 10/10 - He said it was one of the best cookies he's ever had. * Double Chocolate Chip: 1/10 - Too sweet, he took one bite and tossed it. Overall, I'd rate the customer service a 1/10 and the overall visit a 1/5. I really wanted to like this place, and the cookies themselves had potential -- especially for keto options -- but the rude and dismissive service ruined the experience. I hope this was just an off day for the employee and not something deeper, involving race but either way, the attitude left a bad impression. It's a shame, because I would've loved to come back to try the keto bazookie and the cookies that were missing icing.

A few things to consider, having the app and ordering in advance will guarantee cookies are ready at the pickup time you choose. Another benefit of the app is that you can accrue points with every purchase that can lead to free cookies. Ordering in store is also an option via a self serve kiosk or with a staff member. If you like sharing the cookie or dividing to save for later, you can purchase a perfectly sized cookie cutter from the store. I recommend using an airtight Tupperware if you plan to eat a day or more later, for freshness. And if you'd like smaller sized cookies, they are only for catering sized orders

Both of my trips there have resulted in wrong or missing items. You order all at once, and until you're done they don't start getting anything so it's all from memory. I have now come home with a ham kolache instead of sausage, and most recently missing the gravy one I drove out there specifically for. They either need to start packing your order as you make it or confirm it with you at the end.
