They arrived right on time at 7:00 a.m. and worked efficiently throughout the day. They safely removed every tree, ground all of the stumps, even took down a section of my fence and put it back exactly as it was. When they left, the yard was clean, and the entire job was completed before 5:00 p.m. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about this company and their crew. They were professional, hardworking, and incredibly organized from start to finish. Best of all, I now have peace of mind. We told them we had a quote and were going to get more. They rushed out to the property to cover it up. We have no warranty for the work, nor do we know if it was done properly with a new rebar or mesh. They probably weren't insured either! Thankfully they didn't get a DIME OUT OF US AND WON'T!! Sad thing is that the DAMAGE THEY CAUSED SUPERSEDES THE COST OF THE TREE REMOVAL! Thats why these snakes snuck onto the property to do a quick repair and THEN STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR PAYMENT OF $2000! I have every single conversation recorded with OSCAR(who ever the hell he is) and the mentally challenged females that answer the phone. So we'll be taking them to court once we sort through all the fake information they have posted. FYI... they operate under MULTIPLE VARIATIONS OF GRIZZLY! As soon as I have a moment to tend to this matter I will post all information... including the address in CANTON since they want to continue to ignore all correspondence. Soon as I have time again... We called that afternoon and set up an appointment with Jeff Stucker Monday morning. When he got here on time, he was shocked with how big the crack was. They were there early and worked thru the day and came back first thing Monday morning to finish it. After everything was cleared out they put the big things back in place and left it as clean as you could want after felling a 150+ year old tree. It was really big. We couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism. The cost at the end was the quoted price which was a very good price.
