She is exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and remembers things about my animals. She knows the products and loves her job. Before Katie was Jason and he too was exceptional in terms of his knowledge and information. Both are generous with their time if I have a question or need help with selections. At this location, Katie does a great job and I love going in to get food or supplies. I appreciate service, people that care about me and my pets. I hope Katie remains here. By the way, when I come in, all the employees greet me happily--sincerely---and offer help. The checkout is always fast even if they are involved in something else, they come right over to check me out.

They even had venison chews, which I haven't seen before, along with the seasonal turkey cranberry flavor still. I wish there were more flavors to choose from in the double packs because I have to travel with them and don't want the individual chews "shedding" along the way. All the quality name brand dog foods seem to be sold at this store. Even horse supplies are sold here. They're a good place to buy bird food if you have bird feeders. Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful, adding to the "country feel".

The groomer said she was "overbooked anyway" Well guess what.... I noticed my credit card was charged for 124.00 dollars. Completely unauthorized . In fact, They kept my credit card number from the first time I went. I never said they could keep my card on file. It is fraud that they have charged my card without my permission. I have notified my bank and have filed a dispute. Another interesting fact, the first time I was there the groomer said she had to muzzle my dog?? He had been groomed with another groomer multiple times and was never muzzled. Unfortunately, she moved. I took him today for a full groom somewhere else and he was not muzzled. They also operate under smoochie pooch.

Anyone who loves their animals know how precious every year is, there are way too few anyway without illness and injury cutting time shorter. Our lil Roo was only 6 years old when he was diagnosed and given a short life expectancy of 7-8 years total. Roo had developed both congestive heart as well as pancreatitis. Banfield Regular veterinary monitoring, preventative care along with low fat, digestive aid food and medicine not only keeps Roo going it also has given him not just years but quality of life. We really appreciate being able to go to PetSmart for all our babies needs; veterinary care, prescription food, treats and grooming, coats, silly costumes and yes, socks to sew onto his PJ's to make feet pajamas!

There has been a complete turnover in their team members, the store is frequently filthy and understocked and twice they have closed earlier than their own posted hours. I'll assume the new GM is tasked with running the store into the ground and making sure the customer base is eroded...because no other explanation makes sense!
