She is exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and remembers things about my animals. She knows the products and loves her job. Before Katie was Jason and he too was exceptional in terms of his knowledge and information. Both are generous with their time if I have a question or need help with selections. At this location, Katie does a great job and I love going in to get food or supplies. I appreciate service, people that care about me and my pets. I hope Katie remains here. By the way, when I come in, all the employees greet me happily--sincerely---and offer help. The checkout is always fast even if they are involved in something else, they come right over to check me out.

Xena, the Frenchie, is a baby. I'm glad she handled it very well and didn't cry or nip. Gina spoke very kindly to her the whole time and so Xena stayed fairly calm. Hercules, the mix, really puts the shit in Shih Tzu sometimes. He tried nipping Gina during the clipping. Gina did not get mad, and just had my dad hold his head while she finished up. I appreciated this, because at other places (COUGHPetsmartCOUGH) they won't complete the job but still charge. I was allowed to sit and watch the entire session, which I know is important to some pet owners. I doubt you can do that for a whole bath session though. There is not a services brochure, so on the back of the punchcard Gina wrote the prices she gave based off of our dog's sizes. I think when I come back and actually do a full service, they will easily get five stars from me!

The groomer said she was "overbooked anyway" Well guess what.... I noticed my credit card was charged for 124.00 dollars. Completely unauthorized . In fact, They kept my credit card number from the first time I went. I never said they could keep my card on file. It is fraud that they have charged my card without my permission. I have notified my bank and have filed a dispute. Another interesting fact, the first time I was there the groomer said she had to muzzle my dog?? He had been groomed with another groomer multiple times and was never muzzled. Unfortunately, she moved. I took him today for a full groom somewhere else and he was not muzzled. They also operate under smoochie pooch.

There was very little turnover and the store was always clean and everyone was great. Then, they decided to make a change and it has been all downhill since.
