In fact, They kept my credit card number from the first time I went. I never said they could keep my card on file. It is fraud that they have charged my card without my permission. I have notified my bank and have filed a dispute. Another interesting fact, the first time I was there the groomer said she had to muzzle my dog?? He had been groomed with another groomer multiple times and was never muzzled. Unfortunately, she moved. I took him today for a full groom somewhere else and he was not muzzled. They also operate under smoochie pooch.
