We have been taking our pup here from the time we first got her at the APL. They had a puppy preschool that we wanted her to be socialized in instead of other dog boarding facilities that put all size dogs together in a large room and it's ever dog for themselves. Everyone here obviously loves animals and you can tell by the way they greet and know your pet when you walk in the door. About a month ago I had some last minute family issue pop up and I had to board my dog for the night. I'm a huge worrywart when it comes to my baby, (only due to trauma from past experiences with another company) I paid a little bit extra for Diesel to have his own private Kennel with a camera so I can spy on him which was great for my peace of mind. I love the cameras where I can watch him play with the other dogs too during the day. Other than diesel having a scratch voice from him crying and barking cause he's attached to me at the hip, I'd say he had a wonderful time!!! Staff was wonderful at reassuring he will be fine (given my past issues with another company) During the day I would get "pawgress reports"and a photo of him which was nice to know he wasn't being sassy with the crew. my diesel is a diva sometimes. The rates are good even with all of the upgrades imaginable, which is nice. Even if you don't upgrade at all you aren't compromising your pets sanity, which is a huge factor for me! I also enjoyed that they give you a tour of the facility. It's a nice place! Thanks again guys! Diesel will be back for daycare soon :) read more

Arranged for my cat to stay here for a week while going out of town for the holidays. This was my first experience boarding and everyone at PetSuites was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. I received a few photos throughout the stay where my cat looked to be in good spirits! Drop off and pickup process were nice and easy and overall they seemed to have taken great care of my pet. Was excited to get my dog started after going into the store in person and talking to the staff. It seemed like it would be a great fit for my dog and what he needed. I took him for the evaluation and free daycare day later in the week and didn't hear anything back all day long. When we got home after picking him up, we noticed a big bump and scratch with some missing fur on the top of his head. Our dog was now acting scared or skittish of the people in our home. Called the store and conveniently no one saw anything and nothing came back on the cameras. I clearly still don't know what happened, if it was dog, human, or accident that caused his injury, but my dog still has not calmed down and has yet to feel at ease in the home again. I'd hate to think it was something intentional or the head scratch was a consequence of being reprimanded in some way, but our dog has been very shy and almost scared of people since he has left. I have a hard time believing nothing was caught on camera, if they even exist or were on, and was not offered to view them myself--meaning someone could have easily lied. I am extremely disappointed because the staff assured me they would be watching and would prevent anything like this from happening, so therefore this facility did the opposite of what it promised to do. I am quite agitated in thinking about what may have happened in the few hours I left my dog in this facility's care and will make sure to spread the word and let everyone I know to stay away from this facility. read more

Staff have always been friendly and my dog has always been happy when I pick him up. I like that I can watch him on the cameras. My only complaint is that when you do the all day play on a cold day they don't appear to have bathroom breaks. Dogs are just pooping and peeing inside the play area which is counterproductive to a younger, potty training dog. read more

We are new to this side of town and the normal place we board was booked, I read reviews and we were super hopeful about the treatment the dogs would get. The staff on the phone and during check in were great. We were told that our dogs would be evaluated shortly to go play with the other dogs and we would receive a report. Later Friday afternoon I had not heard from the staff so I called check in during that call I was told that the dogs did great in their evaluation and were playing but they were behind on sending the actual evals. I told her that was fine my concern was only that they were good and out with the other dogs. By noon on Saturday we still did not have a progress report so I called to check in. At this point I found out that our dogs had not been evaluated which meant they were crated for more than 24 hours. The MOD "Kira" I believe yelled at me that they are busy, short staffed and overwhelmed with dogs she stated that they had been out 5 times and were fine and I was overreacting. I was then put on the line with Katherine, she assured me that the dogs were fine and that she was going to evaluate them but was called back to speak with me. I shared my concern with the amount of time the dogs were crated vs being with other dogs as they are NEVER in a crate. In a boarding situation they are okay because they are tired from playing. Then there is the matter of the charge since you pay for a package. I asked her if they were going to make all customer aware of the delay in evails and not only are the dogs not getting what they need be people are unknowingly paying for a service they didn't get. I was then advised that it was only our dogs that had not been evaluated. I am not sure I believe that after the entire experience. I then talked to the district manager that apologized and assured they would make it right going forward. Throughout I get many reasons/excuses new location, staffing, etc. I explained that the only thing I needed was correct expectations out of the gate because I would never have left my dogs there and then not be lied to. When we got the dogs the girls checking us out asked for $237 I say not happening and was then advised there was no charge. Here we are 48 hours later and Sadie our younger dog is sick with a cough and is vomiting so we will be heading to the vet in the AM. My advice go somewhere else you are gambling your dog if you don't!! read more
