The day before the appointment I got a text to confirm and a reminder of the cancellation fee. I responded (Yes). A few hours later I got a call that they had to cancel my appointment (less than 24 hrs notice) and would call back to reschedule. They called the next evening to reschedule in 15 days. I asked if I would receive some sort of discount for them cancelling with less than 24 hrs notice. I was told she would have to talk to the owner and get back to me. It is now 9 days and I haven't been contacted. MY ADVICE, GO TO ANOTHER SHOP THAT WILL ADMIT THEIR FAILURES. PRIME EXAMPLE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The quality of grooming did not reflect the cost or professional standards I've experienced elsewhere. My dog came home with multiple clipper marks, noticeably uneven fur lengths, and paws and tail that were not evenly trimmed. Even basic finishing touches, like washing his feet, appeared to be missed. I would consider it a hack job. I paid for grooming but my dog was shaved. I paid and tipped before seeing him, but had I seen the results first, I would have raised my concerns immediately. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business for grooming services.

I had to request to talk. My first dog suffered prior to death due to a poor downplayed diagnosis. My second just last week had to be put down after another poor downplayed diagnosis which my dog was critical for anemia. Instead of sending me directly to the emergency room I got repeat x rays, blood tests and ulcer pills that did nothing but poor exit performance in my house. Once in the ER I was directed that it was to late and advised to put him down. He may not have been saved but they did not help having me sit around and wait 5 days until he was critical. Their actions were counter productive. Besides my lose I have to live with the fact I may have not done everything I could to save him. He was only 6. Do not depend on them for any critical care.
