What started out as a pleasant exchange with the promise of fun and excitement for my children quickly went south! Assembly was scheduled to begin on the morning of On 6/21/22. At 10:50 the crew had yet to arrive and I reached out to Mr. Farley via text requesting an eta. I was advised the crew was delayed and would arrive in a few hours. The crew turned out to be a one man show arriving shortly after 1pm. The single employee set up shop only to get 6 posts erected in his 3.5 hour stay but managed to take several extended breaks. After watching this transpire on camera multiple times I decided to once again check in with Mr. Farley via text at which time I was advised that the employee had left my residence to go back to the previous job that had originally delayed my project to assist another employee who had fallen ill. However per my camera footage he was still at my residence and did not leave for an additional hour with little to no progress in that time. Neither the employee nor Mr. Farley made notification of the the departure so I could close my garage door housing the swing set kit. Mr. Farley had expressed that I didn't need to be home to have it assembled and this seems to have been false as when I was not present nothing was accomplished. On the morning of 6/22/22 two men arrive and manage to erect the play set after 7 hours. The employees left a large mess behind and several tasks of the assembly were left incomplete due to missing hardware we were never advised of leaving us with no choice but to tell our children the set was unsafe to play on. Out of respect for Mr. Farley and the upcoming holiday weekend we decided to wait till 7/5/22 to make notification of the outstanding issues, at which time a promise was made to respond within a couple of days to resolve the issues. There was no response or communication until 7/13/22 when we reached out to Mr. Farley for an update, Mr. Farley advised illness prevented his response and he would stop by during the weekend to complete the work. The weekend passed with no communication or sightings of Mr. Farley and his crew, on 7/18/22 we once again we reached one again reached out and comments made on my behalf calling out the lack of communication and professionalism. Mr. Farley advised me to fix the issues myself and disconnected the call. During the multiple exchanges safety concerns were mentioned to Mr. Farley who repeatedly brushed them off choosing to place blame on the company who manufactured the kit and completely refusing to take responsibility for negligence that could have potentially resulted in injury to my children. Simple communication would have allowed for most of these issues resolve themselves and although I understand delays and illness, Mr. Farley seems to have more excuses than actual solutions and misrepresented what I was actually paying for as I expected clean up and a crew of more than one or two men to assemble the set based on the conversation in which Mr. Farley advised it would be completed in one day. This has now become an almost month long process lacking follow through and communication, this is a very poor business practice.

I called and spoke with Chris back in the beginning of March and was told that they had just received the shipment with our daughters monkey bars and we would have them within a week, again radio silence until I sent another email April 13th. I was told by Chris that he was shocked by email because he was told that the monkey bars had been installed weeks prior, which they hadn't been. He proceeded to tell me that he would get us on the books for the following week, which we were ok with. Here we are 2 weeks again and no communication at all. When we went in to purchase the swing set in December the customer service was amazing (customer service is huge to my husband and I as we are also business owners). We have been very calm through this entire process, but are becoming more upset as time is passing.

The walls had many issues from someone who did a lease to own then backed out a year later and left the lovely house pretty torn up. It was painted in a flat off white to hide all the issues. They also had a dog who tore up the wood floors and carpet. They had to resurface the entire area in the kitchen and other areas then sand to make the walls look normal again before starting to paint. They prepped very well so as not to get paint or dust from sanding on any of your items and took whatever time was needed to complete the project in a beautiful manner and no unexpected fees added after the original quote, They cleaned up everything before they left were very respectful at all times and the areas of the house they painted look great. I'd like to have them back when I can afford to paint the other rooms mostly on the 2nd floor. I would highly recommend them.

They also painted my mother-in-law's place in Oakley (which really came out great as you can see from the before and after pics). Their pricing was very reasonable and the quality was great. He was able and pick out the perfect tile for our kitchen. We picked the color dove grey of the Cento per Cento Series. Italian tile that needed to be special ordered. It took a little over a month but worth the wait. Darin was great with communication and following up with us. When the tiles came in, we scheduled and it took two days to complete. It was worth the wait! I'm in love with the backsplash. It glossy tiles pops! I would definitely use them again if I needed anything done in the kitchen. Reasonably priced.

We're definitely glad we found them because they did an amazing job and were well worth the price. Other companies would only remodel the entire kitchen, but we didn't want that much work, just a backsplash, and Cincinnati Kitchens was the only one willing to do just that. Darin, the representative we worked with, was super helpful and friendly. Within a week of meeting him at the expo, we met at the company's location to pick out our tile and grout. They had an absolute plethora of options to choose from. After much perusing, we chose dove grey tile and grout, which even Darin said would look great with the colors in our kitchen. It took a couple months to acquire the tile, since it was being imported from Italy, but Darin made sure we knew before we committed to it, and kept us informed every step of the way. He only asked for 50% of the job cost up front, the other 50% after the job was done, and the total cost was $3,000. The guy who came to install it was definitely skilled at what he does. It took two days to complete; one day to put up the tile, and one day to do the grout, and the finished job looked nothing short of perfect. It was everything we hoped for and more. Cincinnati Kitchens was definitely a great find for my lady and I. We were completely satisfied with the entire experience, from beginning to end, so we adamantly recommend them for their work.

It would seem that there was a lack of communication between Brad and the painting team that resulted in a partial completion of what was specified in the estimate. Therefore, I would expect a price adjustment. And I can only hope that the nailheads do not bleed through again.
