All associated teammates involved in the project, including the electrician, the plumber, and a few others, were very professional efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. The job is fantastic down to the last detail. I've got five kids who were running at his feet the entire time he was working and he handled it gracefully and safely along the way. I originally heard of them from half a dozen people at my old place workplace who had them paint and liked their work. Their prices are very reasonable and I knew they prepped all the areas before paining like any cracks or gaps. They did my last 2 houses and now my new house. The walls had many issues from someone who did a lease to own then backed out a year later and left the lovely house pretty torn up. It was painted in a flat off white to hide all the issues. They also had a dog who tore up the wood floors and carpet. They had to resurface the entire area in the kitchen and other areas then sand to make the walls look normal again before starting to paint. They prepped very well so as not to get paint or dust from sanding on any of your items and took whatever time was needed to complete the project in a beautiful manner and no unexpected fees added after the original quote, They cleaned up everything before they left were very respectful at all times and the areas of the house they painted look great. I'd like to have them back when I can afford to paint the other rooms mostly on the 2nd floor. I would highly recommend them.

We had many other trades in and out of the house during the same time as Felix and his crew were painting, and many of the other tradespeople went out of their way to mention how professional and neat of a job Felix and his crew were doing--drop cloths, no paint splatters, no unprofessional behaviors, very able to work around and or with the other tradespeople when necessary. My lawn was very overgrown so it was no cakewalk either. I would hire them again. To the reviewer who condemned them for being felons? You made no mention of their quality of work. Kudos for them for trying to run an honest business and make an honest day's wages on the right side of the law. As long as they are fair, don't screw me over, run an honest business, and do a good job then it doesn't make a difference to me if they have made past mistakes. Well, unless they are serial killers, lol The only thing that bothered me was that he didn't have legitimate work order sheets/ receipts. Customers need a record of payment and work done in case there is a problem. And no, I am not a friend of theirs and had never met them before until yesterday.
