We purchased our daughter a $6000 swing set back in December. Everything was installed within a…read moreweek or 2, except the monkey bars that she had to have. We were told they were on back order and would be in by February, no big deal at all. I called and spoke with Chris back in the beginning of March and was told that they had just received the shipment with our daughters monkey bars and we would have them within a week, again radio silence until I sent another email April 13th. I was told by Chris that he was shocked by email because he was told that the monkey bars had been installed weeks prior, which they hadn't been. He proceeded to tell me that he would get us on the books for the following week, which we were ok with. Here we are 2 weeks again and no communication at all. When we went in to purchase the swing set in December the customer service was amazing (customer service is huge to my husband and I as we are also business owners). We have been very calm through this entire process, but are becoming more upset as time is passing.

Backyard Assembly helped us evaluate a few different options, going back and forth with us via email and text for a few weeks. Then when we finally picked one, they promptly put us on the schedule. The swingset we chose was one they are familiar with, having built the same set for other families, but it's large and complicated, so it was an ALL-day job. (Like, 7 AM to 7 PM!) The team of 3, led by Mike, worked so hard, and were very friendly. We would absolutely recommend them, and we will use them to seal our playset regularly so that it will last.

This is such an adorable place, tucked back inside a plaza. The hours are amazing. The staff is very kind. Prices are good. $12/kid per day. Or I was looking at their membership packages of $15 a month of unlimited play or one flat payment of $150/year. Pretty cheap for what you receive. When it is warm, there is an outside playground area, putting green, different activities outside. Inside, there is a basketball court with many basketball hoops, many playground stations and trampolines. If anything, you have to watch out for parents that ARE NOT watching their kids. I got destroyed by this little girl on a scooter and her parents were nowhere to be found. May kids were plowed when I was pushing my nephews on the swings because they were just running around everywhere with their parents nowhere in sight. I would definitely be back.
